I ordered a postcard to be sent to my friend in Poland, and it arrived in exactly one week. They respond to emails fast regarding any questions about shipment. I would order again!
P.S if you want to make sure your card is not lost during delivery, I suggest using the red or gold envelopes they offer.
The audio only played once and it played before my friend opened the postcard and she couldn’t hear it.
I am hopeful that the cards will arrive soon and that I like them from reading other clients reviews - perhaps you need a new shipper with guaranteed delivery dates.
Too slow the idea is good but need to improve the delivery, I have to do twice the cards as they don’t arrive
My postcards haven’t arrived and it’s been quite a while (over a week and a half for domestic mail). If I knew they would take so long to arrive I’d have physically mailed a postcard my self and it would have arrived faster. Who knows if they will arrive at all?
Ordered a greeting card 2 weeks before my son’s birthday but it never arrived.
After 8 days I chased but said it can take 7 days!!
Maybe it will arrive for his birthday next year.
Don’t use this company if you’re card is important.
I send one to other country and never arrive, when I complain about it and ask for a refund, they ignore me and just answer saying they were going to proceed again with the delivery. This one not arrived yet...
I did not like the hassle I had to add credit to my account. I also did not like the lack of being able to edit individual photos - even just re-positioning them.
Easy to navigate on the app. A simple, convenient way to send quality prints overseas. Sending time was well within expectations. Service exactly as described.

I used it in 2021 and 2022. 28 of 43 postcards reached its goal, Credit of 108$ was erased just by the IT. If you dont want to lose money leave it out.

I was using a different company for my holiday postcards, but switched this year to MyPostcard. There was a glitch with the credits I purchased on the iphone app not showing up on my Macbook. They did add it a couple of days later. Also, the app is not synching with my computer so after sending multiple postcards through my Mac, it shows none sent in my iphone.
Other than that, I am very happy with the quality of the postcards and the ease of use
The postcard cakes a while 5 days later that another card I made at the exact same day. I requested a gold envelope and it only came as a postage one. It was disappointing that it all took so long as it was for my friend at work who is having a major operation and now I don’t have time to give it to her in person

Easy to produce personalised cards and delivered promptly. Recipients were delighted.
I love my postcard and use it extensively.
Recently one of my cards was acknowledged as 'ordered' but had not been "sent" after a long delay.
I have asked My Postcard support for help but as yet have had no answer ... so I am saddened and disappointed. Not goid! Mike Fisher

I’ve used this app for a couple of years now. Was using another one until they deleted the app. I do like the convenience of it, especially when I’m on holidays. It does have glitches every now and then. The only real negative is the price. It’s getting quite expensive, which is a little disappointing. As I too, send a lot of them to family & friends.
Brilliant, I sent two whilst on holiday. Quick and easy to do and they arrived quickly too!
Experience sending card was relatively easy, although I lost all my inputs at one point and had to start again. I have been charged three times for one card - kept saying that payment had failed. No refund yet.

The app was great! Many packaging options and the shipping was also fast and easy. The shipping cost (around 4€) was a little expensive, but highly recommended for shipping from countries with high postage costs.
