Mixed experience
Well, I have 2 critics :
1° I ordered 10 photos but could only get 9. I tried several times to change in my basket the number of a particuliar picture, but with no success. When for other pictures, it worked with no problem.
2° delivery was too long.

Everything was really great with the picture that I received except for the lack of flexibility concerning the high res version of the picture. (described under my Erfahrung)
Everything was really great with the ordering of my picture, except: Immediately after I ordered my picture I realized that I had mistakenly uploaded a low resolution version of the picture I wanted. I immediately sent the high resolution version of the picture to you via email, but I was told that no changes can be made and that they couldn't use the high resolution version. This was obviously very disappointing, hence, four out of five stars. :( Regardless, the version of the print that I received looks really beautiful.
