Free backbrace for review, backbrace never came.

Warning - this is not a serious company. It is just a bluff company.
I placed an order for an illusion rug in september-20. I got a confirmation that the company sent the rug and gave me delivering number and wanted me to pay - because they sent the product.
I checked with the post company and they had not got any parcel from the company. I mailed them several times and they have been answering: we will send your rug next week. Now I tried to phone them on the number on their homepage - and that number doesn´t work. IT IS A FAKE COMPANY.

I ordered : "HOUDINGSSHIRT T-SHIRT (DAMES)SKU: 24532323-Sort-XL-Kvinde Kleur Zwart Grootte XL"
It is far too smal, so I was never able to wear it.
It was not possible to send it back : no adress, no form to fill in, no information, nothing ....
I still would like to sent it back to them (and recover my 49euro!)

As with some other customers I ordered a Tee Shirt and failed to read the T&C so was charged £70 subscription (my error). In March, as a gift for receipt of my subscription I was sent 3 back straps but no instructions for use so I emailed requesting information. In fact I have now emailed 4 times and received automated response each time stating a response time of 24-48 hours. Surprise!! no reply has ever been received therefore the product is useless to me and the £70 subscription a total waste of money.

I would not recommend use of this company until they can improve their customer service.

If I could give this company a zero I would. I bought the posture t shirt little realising I was tying myself into a subscription. Ok - my mistake. Since then I have received 2 separate packages of straps with no instructions how they should be used. Their email to me promised they would cancel my subscription "AS SOON AS" I sent them an email request. However, each attempt to email them has failed and so I tried to telephone them. All I got was an automated response which gave no opportunity to leave a message. My advice to anyone tempted by this company's offers is AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Reading through the reviews most give 1star for this out and out con, so my advice is read the names on the ‘5 star’ reviews and ask yourself why ... the clue is that the parent company is in Denmark and strangely Danish names give it 5 stars on the U K site .. so the con doesn’t stop at the £70 ‘subscription’ .... just wish they were as quick to answer EMails as they are to post false reviews 🥵

Can I choose not to give any stars? They charged me as well for strips £70 second time. I have already sent them an email to cancel my membership a few months ago, did not happened. Do not even think about to buy another strip from them!

The initial offer for a posture t-shirt was brilliant and the t-shirt itself is very effective.
The scam is that once you buy the first product you enter into a relationship which they use to debit £70 from your account whenever they feel like it. The Large Print in their Ts and Cs suggests that you will get another Posture T-Shirt but the very small print says that they can send you posture straps instead.
I have been unable to contact anyone in the Customer Service numbers in the UK or Denmark, There has been no response to emails or to land-mail requests asking them to cancel the "relationship" and I have been debited another £70 for a handful of straps. I now have 8 of the bloody things. Absolute bollix. Reported to bank as a fraudulent transaction.

They have a customer service line which has 3 options and each has a message but you dont get to talk to anybody.
Email has the same repy/answer to ignore you while they take the money.

I have been unable to contact this company by phone. Have tried to cancel my unwanted subscription and have had no reply. Customer service is totally inadquate.

A complete and utter bunch of crooks. Once you request what you think is a tee shirt you will then receive some straps monthly & be billed £50.
The good news is that if you have paid by credit card you will be refunded and they will not be paid. They rely on the mugs who do not challenge the payment.
Be warned have nothing to do with these crooks

It is a scam, don't buy from them, without your consent they are charging £70 after your initial payment. They have multiple sites so be aware.

This firm's website is a disgrace. It does not make clear that it is a subscription service.I ordered a shirt and now fin d that they are purloining £70 from my bank for items that I neither want nor require.

Did not inform on initial shopping site link that it was a subscription. Initially, put it down to my own oversight, but when I tried to phone them just got a message that I had to email, when I email I get a mail failed to deliver message. Having to go through my bank to ensure no future payments are taken. On top of that, I received nothing after the £70 was taken.

I ordered the initial t-shirt from MyPosture Family, fully aware that I'd be charged £70 for the next order.

The shirt was for my wife who has been suffering severe neck pain for many months. I have to say the shirt was excellent - since she began to wear it for just a few hours in the evenings, she's had the best nights sleep she's had for well over a year! I do have to help her put on the shire and take it off as, with her problems, it's not such an easy thing to do, but it most certainly does what we bought it for!

Unfortunately, when the next order arrived, it wasn't the shirts we had been expecting, but the shoulder straps which were really not what we wanted, so we returned them (at our own expense as it says on the website) and received a refund.

Personally, based on our experience, we really can't fault the product we bought and there were no problems returning the unwanted products either.

This is a con. You get charged £70 after purchasing the first shirt. This isn’t made clear and is just a scam. Please purchase alternatives from other reputable suppliers.

This is a clever con. Initially you get a £9 shirt which seems to be good but then the sting in the tail comes 14 days later. Unknown to me somewhere in the T&C's you have signed up for £70 worth of rubbish straps which look like they cost 50p each to make. Trying to get a refund is also a massive struggle and part of the scam, refund printout is illegible and confusing and when you send back the product at your cost they refund the original £9 and not the £70 for the X 3 pieces of crap they conned you for. Try to reply and the email address doesn't work. Really clever scan which must have made them thousands, hope they get the karma they deserve. Avoid at all costs.

The shipment was late (compared to what was promised but that did not bother me), the tracking code did not work , I got several e-mail messages that the shipment on its way. The post did not deliver the package to home like was promiset. I had to go to the post offise to fetch the pakcage. The products are good but how do you use the back support?
