My 2.5kg whey protein isolate came with a hole, the protein spilt in the box and there is a gaping hole below the resealable pouch. I contacted the myprotein customer service and within 24 hours they gave me a reply and scheduled a replacement for the damaged goods, I am very impressed with they way they handled this situation and I can say that they have regained my trust towards them as a company and I will continue to support MyProtein

Everything is fine. But my parcel was actually hold in custom for weeks and I wish someone could have notify me.

Best vegan protein source I've so far come across in Malaysia. In particular, I appreciate: 1) large package size (so I don't have to order multiple small packs as with other suppliers), and 2) a totally unflavored and unsweetened option (I can't stand steevia or other sweeteners used in other brands, and am mixing the protein in a fruit smoothie anyway so no flavor is needed). Only wish would be to have a bit more environmentally-friendly packaging, perhaps not necessarily including another plastic scoop with each pack (anyone who orders frequently has dozens of scoops already). Otherwise a great product and would highly recommend.

The items got stuck in customs for a while and it seems to charge me admin fees for no reason even without taxable items. If there’s no taxable items, why withhold my items? lol. My protein should negotiate with the customs to avoid such dodgy practice.
Edit2: you should implement a proactive tax collection before customers pay so we don’t have to deal with it once item arrive in customs, cause delay will definitely occur in a reactive taxation approach

on website, everywhere its written "MyProtein Malaysia" so you may feel company is in Malaysia, it doesnt have indication much that it would be shipped from Singapore which require me to pay custom tax / duty tax (20% in Malaysia!), and detains in custom like a month... so I waited more than a month to receive it. Horrible ever experience! Sort of cheating and myprotein doesnt care customer's satisfaction.

Bought the diet protein chocolate flavour. Taste really good, just like chocolate milk shake.

I ordered one pack of gluten-free pea protein and another pack of total protein blend (Chocolate flavour), after consuming it with two spoon full (about 15g each) every morning prior to my workout, my body is recharged and after 30 minutes, I have the stamina endurance to do my body weight training and long-distance running.

First of all, the protein shake taste nice but I wish to complaint about the packaging during delivery. The seal of the protein bottle broken and the powder leak to the whole packaging.other than that, I very love the protein shake

Excellent products! I’m using The Pump, The Whey, Creatine Monohydrate, Casein and Essentials Acid Amino. They deliver the results, I can see improvements in the muscle and best part, they keep the sore away after trainings! I never used other brands ever since!

Even during this crisis they managed to send it fast and I got free delivery in Malaysia with some great discounted products. Making it so reasonable and cheap! Time for gains

Myprotein didnt comprises the quality of the product when it comes to low pricing. I have purchase whey protein, bcaa, creatine supplements from myprotein, and they all work extremely well, which means that there is no BS on the label. What you see is what you get.
Recommended for their unflavored whey, bcaa, and creatine, because they provided the maximum profile per serving that you will need.

the delivery was quite late and it got stuck in my country custom for a good 1-2 months oh well. at the end managed to get them

It was my first time using Myprotein. It took around 3 weeks to arrive my country, Malaysia. The weight gainer does help me gain some weight, 3.5kg after finishing 2.5kg of them. Definitely will buy again but I will order once I finish 2.5kg whey protein. Also, I love the quality of the sport shirt. However, I did not like the taste of the choco banana flavoured whey protein(sample), the banana tasted artificial and super sweet, would be better if I mix with milk I guess.

I haven received the stock till now, I’m ordered from Malaysia website but stuck at custom ask me to pay and till now not yet clear.if you have Malaysia website the company have to provide the house shipment not to ask customer to cleared the custom and till now I don’t even get the product

I love everything from myprotein but I hope that they will have more food & snacks varieties or more flavour of the products for Malaysia. I saw a lot of different flavours for other countries and I would love to try it too! And the vitamin range as well!
