Love the protein powder and the delivery is always spot on — really happy with the product overall.
One thing I wanted to flag: the bag has recently been reduced from 1kg to 900g. For regular customers, that 100g difference does add up over time. Would love to see the original size make a comeback!

Faultless order!! Excellent quality protein powder and my parcel arrived just two days after my order was confirmed — on the same day I purchased it.
I used to buy from My Protein many years ago when I was a bit more active. They were a much smaller operation back then… 15 or so years ago. Even though they’re pretty much a sports superstore now, the easy ordering process, the quality protein powder, safe packaging and fast, end-to-end tracking has stayed the same. You’re in very safe hands buying from My Protein.

Great whey protein, but drop the sweetness and price to make it the best!
I really like the Impact Whey Protein Powder, it mixes well either with a blender or shaker and doesn't taste as sweet as some of the whey powders, although the sweetness could be reduced and I think that would make it even better.
What I don't like is the constant price increase, it has increased significantly every time I've bought the large bag. The manufacturer has changed the quantity in the bag too, so I needed to calculate the cost per serving to determine the overall price increase, so that's a pain.

Excellent products. The protein powders are delicious with so many flavours. I love the mixed bars. One treat for me every day. They may appear expensive but you have to pay for quality. Fast next day delivery. A very good company to buy from.

This would have been a five star
This would have been a five star. I can't fault their products and I have a subscription in place every two months. It's the only one I have used tgat doesn't give me stomach ache.
However, I am supposed to receive 1kg bags of whey isolate but this time I received 900g and no email to inform me of the change.

Unflavoured ? - more like Plastic flavoured
I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service. I ordered 1 kg of Impact Whey Protein - Unflavoured, but instead of a neutral whey taste, the product has an overwhelming chemical smell and a bitter, plastic-like taste that makes it completely inedible.
Despite reporting a clearly faulty batch (Batch P602903090), customer service dismissed my claim stating (translated from original language):
"After consulting with our development team, we can confirm that the taste, smell, and appearance of the product are as expected. All feedback we receive is extremely valuable and allows us to continuously improve our products, and your feedback regarding the appearance is especially helpful. Therefore, we are confident that this batch meets the high standards that Myprotein is proud of."
If a strong chemical/plastic smell (and taste) is their "high standard," then I cannot recommend this brand to anyone. I’ve wasted my money on a product that is going straight to the bin.
