Replacing wrong items
Ordered Whey Protein, on 2 month subscription.
Wrong flavour sent. Told I need to send it back before a replacement can be shipped, wasting time until my desired protein arrives. Surely you can ship the correct flavour while I send the wrong one back and trust me not to steal it?
Or recognise the error and just send the correct flavour and leave me the wrong batch anyway?

I bought three impact whey variety…
I bought three impact whey variety packs 1x20 and 1x10 disappointed as they were all just 3 sets of 10 of the same flavours when they are much more flavours to have like no strawberry’s involved or others so a bit gutted from this despite that good delivery and good products none the less just let down a bit

Missing Items, No Notice, and Partial Refund
Two items from my order were not delivered. At no point was I informed about this issue, nor did anyone contact me to explain the situation or offer a refund.
After I reached out to customer support, I was told the items were out of stock. However, when I checked the website, they were still listed as "in stock." I asked support to ship the missing items but instead they issued a refund.
The refund did not include the express delivery fee I paid, and the two items are now priced 80% higher on their website (from 15.95 EUR to 29.13 EUR).
As a result, despite paying for express delivery, I received fewer items and effectively no delivery at all.
The resolution offered by customer service appears to prioritize the company’s convenience rather than the customer’s experience.

Love love LOVE these leggings!!!! I’m 5 months pregnant and not really showing enough to wear maternity leggings so I bought these in a size bigger than normal and they are honestly so so comfortable, so soft and stretchy so I think they’ll last me a while into my pregnancy - I’m 5”8 and the length is PERFECT. I’m usually a die hard Adanola fan but honestly I think these are my new fave leggings, have just ordered them in the green colour too.
