No problem receiving package, didnt fit, returned it and a month later i have not received my refund!!! I keep sending emails and keep receiving an email back asking to send proof of return, which i have done 3 times!!! By far, this is the WORST shop i have ever dealt with, when it comes to refunds!!

I was frustrated it would take that long, it made no sense. I had to go buy locally a cheap brand as I’d run out. They delivered by 20th Jan. I think the website is misleading. They need to update it to give estimates delivery not dispatch. Dispatch is meaningless and a bit smoke and mirrors as, like me, people will subsequently be disappointed when actual delivery takes much longer as all the reviews suggest. Overall happy to use them for non urgent items.

I've placed an order on the 2nd December, I still haven't received it. All I get from the CS team is that they are investigating the issue, how long does it take for the issue to be investigated? The tracking hasn't updated since the 14th December.

Had no issues with delivery times before the switchover to the .ie domain but I ordered on the 29th of November and it got to Dublin on the 10th of December and it still hasn't been delivered. I understand it's busy over the Christmas period but if the website says it will be delivered by the 12th of December, it should. The late delivery has also significantly impacted training for my first half marathon, as well as Christmas and birthday presents not coming in time. In addition, the free gift given from purchase also only applicable to new accounts on the platform making it useless for me. For a company the size of Myprotein to be using a courier with the reputation of Evri is laughable.
Update;
After following up five times, my order was finally dispatched again, very kindly without express shipping (the very least that could've been done) and also missing one of the things I ordered as well as the free gift of 100g of creatine, truly unbelievable from start to finish from a company I previously had no issues with, very dissapointing.

Ordered on 2nd December 2025. Stated delivery date of Monday 8th December. It is now the 18th December. No movement per tracking number. Order number 727894637
I requested they cancel my order. They replied that if I want a refund I can simply return the items. I can't return items that were never delivered.
I'll likely have to go through my bank for a charge back.
Terrible service.

This site used to be great - been destroyed.
Takes weeks for shipment - and that is NOT clear when you order. Its a shame, used to be great. Its gone from 5star to 1star.

I placed a large order in their recent Black Friday sale to avail of their "free gift" of protein bars. However when the order arrived (a week later..soooo slow), there was no "free gift". I asked their customer service why I didn't get them and they said I either didn't put the "free gift" in my basket (I did) or else they had run out of stock. So tough luck to me. I've ordered a lot of clothing and protein supplements for myself and my sons over the years from MyProtein but I think I'll shop elsewhere in future as it looks like they con you into spending more to avail of their "free offer" which you don't get in the end.

I remembered why I don't order from this company anymore (used to be regular customer of Myprotein) absolute JOKE of a company and service. I ordered on the 24th of November for over 150 euro , almost 2 weeks have passed and the tracking was only showing that a label has been created , absolutely no movement or information have been added. I even forgot I ordered something at this,point and when I finally did an enquiry about the order , they responded that the courier had lost the parcel....!
So it took almost 2 weeks to realise that the parcel has been lost....? What a joke! It gonna end up beeing 3 weeks or maybe more for me to get this stuff that I payed for. This is exactly the reason why I was NOT ORDERING from this guys , I should have kept it that way.

They have a great product but their delivery has been sooooo bad for the past few years, they have to improve that.
Order over 100 euros of products on the 28th of November so a week ago, tracking says it's been dispatched but there are no further update so far.
This happen on all my latest orders, don't know why I insist on them.

They have sent my order to the wrong address and regardless of how promptly ive tied to sort it out or the fact that they still haven’t dispatched it 24hrs later they’ve refused to cancel it or change the delivery address. Fuming!

After two orders, I’ve realized they never deliver to my home. I always have to go to the post office to collect the packages, which defeats the purpose of home delivery.
On my last order, things got even worse: it was split into two packages, and after spending two hours at the post office, the postman still couldn’t find the second one. Despite my attempts to ensure it would be delivered later, nothing happened. It’s been three weeks, and I still haven’t received the full order.
This is unacceptable and makes the whole shopping experience frustrating and unreliable.

I ordered 2 items. Neither arrived despite being told they had been dispatched. Contacted customer service, could not get rid of me quick enough, but apparently sorted it. 1 item turned up today, more than a week after I ordered it. Contacted customer service again asking about the other product, only to be told it was out of stock (which it wasn't when I ordered it) and that I could have an alternative or a refund. I asked for the alternative, only to be told that if I want an alternative they would cancel and refund my original order and I would have to re-order!! That's not offering an alternative. Customer service were essentially useless as are this Company, no idea of stock management! DO NOT USE! All they want to do is hold on to your money as long as possible!!!
UPDATE: Finally managed to get to someone in Customer Service (Nadine) who actually knew what they were doing, and have possibly sorted it out. But it will still be the best part of 2 weeks since I ordered my items, and if I'm honest I am not holding my breathe that it will even turn up!!!

Products a good but delivery is shocking got protein in a box that was broken and a hole in one of the bags then they eamil me to tell me that the item was missing and they will investiagte and prosecute if I lieing even though I he shop I did my click and collect advised me to complain because they said the box was broken on arrival and they do respond to messages I am now using bulk powders as they are better at costumer service
I am. Now changing my review after a delayed response my protein have rectified the delivery issues and I have been using my protein for years and my faith is restored In them once more they sent out a replacement which was a great compliment because it was on bag that was damaged
