I had high hopes for the Purahome water…

I had high hopes for the Purahome water filter, but unfortunately my experience has been disappointing overall.

The delivery took around 6 weeks, which was far longer than expected. During that time, I requested a refund due to the delay, but this was denied. Shortly after, I was told the product was already on its way — and it arrived about 2 weeks later. The communication around this could have been much clearer and more accommodating.

On the positive side, the unit is easy to install and looks great once set up. However, I now have a leak from the connection between the main unit and the tap attachment (it has been installed correctly, it’s squirting from a fixed pat), its only been installed for 1 week. I can still taste chemicals in the water, which makes me question how effective the filtration really is.

I also purchased a 12-month supply of cartridges, which I now regret given my experience so far.

Overall, while the design and installation are good, the performance and customer service have let this product down. I expected a lot more, especially given the investment.

I purchased my product with much…

I purchased my product with much excitement and I was given my tracking number as soon as it available from PuraHome. Unfortunately my excitement on arrival didn't last long as my was tap was not compatible. Marlien bent over backwards to help but it became a bit complicated. PuraHome couldn't do enough to solve the problem. In the end they said keep the product and I received a full refund within days. Thank you PuraHome for your guidance, your support, your transparency and above all your integrity as a great Aussie company.

I love my water filter system

I love my water filter system, easy to install, easy to change filters. Water taste great and enjoyable. Would recommend to everyone. Also the customer service is prompt, professional and friendly. Thankyou Purahome.

What a great company to deal with

What a great company to deal with! My filter developed a drip and these guys where there to help out every step of the way. Replying to me emails quickly with ways to solve the problem back and forth with suggestions and to the end even supply me with a replacement free of charge. Unusual these days. I have had my filter well over a year with a subscription for filters every 6 months. Cant fault the service or the taste of the filtered water. Thank you

Pura home filter -just testing

Only had it for a while so can’t say much, but ordering was easy, delivery quick. My neighbor seen it and I have passed your details on to them, so they can purchase.

Honestly the best customer service I…

Honestly the best customer service I have had in forever!
I was having difficulty getting the filter onto my tap and the team was prompt and helpful throughout the entire time. I ended up having to get a refund as it unfortunately wouldn’t fit onto my tap properly (old house and an old tap) but would still recommend the company and the filters to family and friends.

I love the simplicity of this filter

I love the simplicity of this filter. So easy to install, easy to use. Easy enough that my young adult sons can handle it! The water tastes great.

Great company & great products.

I'm happy with my filter

I'm happy with my filter
We have had the filter for a little bit and the rubber on the housing started to not work causing it to leak water everywhere as soon as I informed purahome they sent a new one as a replacement I'm a very happy customer and will continue to tell family and friends how great the product and company are.

Easily fits on the tap

Easily fits on the tap but my tap needs to be a bit higher to get most things under the filtered water, not the filters problem though!

The best water filter

Since I bought the pura water filter. My fruit & vegetables are lasting longer since they have been washed in the filtered water. I water my plants with the filtered water & my dog has filtered water in her water bowl

I was having difficulties working out how to attach The filter to my tap and commented on a post any this issue. Purahome reached out to me to offer help. They were very patient with me sending videos and pictures, then sending me step by step instructions to rectify my issue of trying to use the wrong attachment. It is now all set up and working perfectly and the taste of my water is finally free of chlorine!
