Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 123 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Customers frequently complained that their regular bi-weekly payments barely reduced the principal balance, as the vast majority of funds went directly toward high interest charges. Borrowers additionally reported facing high fees, complex repayment terms, and automatic bank withdrawals that created frustration. Some reviewers were not happy with the customer service and communication, noting unhelpful representatives, unclear rate disclosures, and unwanted phone calls. Many people also mentioned continuous difficulties when trying to contact support agents or successfully resolve urgent issues regarding their active accounts.

100% Scammers

I received the email and text stating I was approved for 500 only to get on the phone and the man say 1000, ok so more than what I asked for then he proceeded to ask him for everything under the sun, account information debit card number after me telling him I don’t feel comfortable giving him that he states it’s for verification purposes and it was the last step ok fine. Then all of a sudden he needs my online banking information man… get the hell out of here you don’t need my online banking information for a loan. I told him he could stop right there cause you’re not getting anything else from me and to cancel my application. Hung right up on him and called my bank to get the whole account closed. You won’t be playing in my account trying to make me lose my bank account. These scammers are getting smarter. Starting a whole website business just to steal peoples banking information smh. Run as fast as you can

SCAM

SCAM! Big time! Don’t be like me! I applied for a loan, and they approved me for $800. I provided all the information they requested, including my Social Security number, card number, and bank details. They told me that the $800 would be deposited within two days. However, seven hours later, I received an email stating that I was not approved after I had signed all the paperwork.

Can I get in touch with them? NO! They blocked my number! They tried to withdraw money from my bank account three times, but thankfully, my wonderful bank intervened and stopped the transactions. This is a scam, scam, scam! Do not engage with them. Do not apply or provide any personal information.

They are a complete rip off once you get the loan if you don’t pay it off quickly they took out $290 out of my account. I got an $800 loan. None of it went towards the loan. I’m going to deactivate my account they are complete rip offs. I wish I would’ve read these reviews before I did that

RUN RUN RUN

RUN RUN RUN! My husband was approved through text message, then after they got all his information, they then denied him the loan. This company is clearly fraudulent. Wish I had read these reviews before giving them all our info. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR A LOAN!!!

"Never give routing or Account #"

"Never EVER trust ANYONE who asks for your Routing and Account number on the phone". That was the first thing my bank told me when I told them about this experience. These fraudulent scammers almost got me. But as soon as they asked for my banks info, it was a red flag. I hung up and here I am typing this review.

Scam to the max

Just like everyone, I applied online. Got approved and got let down. I feel like they are complete scammers. How do you not work with Capital One or Bank of America? She was so quick to get me off the phone. I cancelled my debit card and I'm putting a fraud alert on my stuff now.

Complete fraud

Complete fraud. Should be sued. Took all of my information, called my employer for verification, called me twice and verified everything and then promised the approved 1,000 amount would be in my account by 6pm. At 5pm I checked my bank and found they only deposited 300. The loan agreement I signed very specifically said 1k. I called and the lady was clearly reading from a script and said that they decided that was my max amount. I questioned multiple times why i was given a loan acceptance document to sign that stated 1k if that was the case and why I was called and told I was approved for that amount. She continued to resight the script until i hung up.

Avoid this website!!

I thought it was registered with the better business bureau. Apparently, the guy didn’t understand what I was asking. I was approved for $1,000. But I was glad I didn’t proceed with their process. Avoid these scammers like plague. I am definitely going to monitor my account.
