The thrill of owning a small part
I love receiving email updates of the progress my horses are making. Very professional.
We enjoy Myracehorse & look forward to…Happy with MRH!
We enjoy Myracehorse & look forward to all of the updates! We raised thoroughbreds at our farm & raced our own until 2001! We missed the horses very much until we started buying horses with MRH! Our whole family are owners, & we love to get together for the races and cheer them on! Excited to follow broodmares and foals.
Exceptional Opportunity
The company is very responsive to my requests and is timely is providing all information.
We have enjoyed a wonderful experience that provides enjoyable opportunities.
Always timely on Caldera’s progress…
Always timely on Caldera’s progress since his injury. We are fortunate to have a caring and dedicated team looking out for Caladera’s health and future. Personally even if Caldera can never race again I’m happy that the team has promoted health and safety first for our Caldera.
I love the opportunity to own small…
I love the opportunity to own small shares of horses. The communication by MRH is excellent. I enjoy the videos of our horses, the regular updates and the occasional communication from a handful of trainers. I do wish MRH could convince all the trainers to give us periodic updates. I also appreciate the opportunity to meet with the racing managers on site when I’m able to make it to Southern California.
Myracehorse ownership impressions
I have enjoyed being a microshare owner with Myracehorse, especially with Seize
the Grey and Got Stormy, who brought more excitement to my life than I dreamed possible. The updates and videos of my horses are much appreciated and anticipated. A few years ago I attended a Kentucky showcase experience and I loved meeting a few of my horses as well as others.
On the downside, some of the offerings are very large and it can be difficult to win paddock lotteries. I recently bought into a Syndicate Shares horse, so I look forward to a less crowded experience.
Also, as a New England resident, not many experiences are offered in downstate New York and I would love to see my horses at Aqueduct and soon at Belmont. I would also like to see more New York and/or New Jersey based offerings.
Pros and Cons
Likes: Gives you the opportunity to own a very small share of a racehorse. You get updates and videos of your horses. Their app is very user friendly and well laid out.
Cons: You really have no say in the horses future. He can be sold (claimed) and you're out a horse. It's frustrating to follow your horse but he rarely races. You have no say in trainers or jockeys. Another negative is they don't offer joint ownership or beneficiaries.
Conclusion: it's a hobby, not an investment. Their are ups and downs. I've been thru both. You won't make money but you may enjoy owning a very small part of a racehorse(s). It's addicting too. I own a few dozen.
I gave you 4 stars because no matter…
I gave you 4 stars because no matter how good a company is, there is always room for improvement. When working with the public there will always be complainers. Sometimes I feel like some people with more money are allowed to buy up a lot of shares before the people with less funds have the opportunity to buy even one share. That happened to me once. Then the ones with 10 shares were very vocal in what they wanted to happen to the horse just because they had more shares. I know it is hard when we live all over the country to be close enough to get to see our horses. I would love to see some located in Ohio but that is because I am from Ohio. I wish there could be a program where we help intercity kids of color learn about horses and have the opportunity to train to be jockeys, trainers and breeders. Just my thoughts.
I like everything you do I think there…
I like everything you do I think there is too many shares for 100% MRH horses I must be unlucky a large group of my horses get sick or hurt and I have went in on a lot

Love the opportunity to be a part of horse racing.
Do not know how they make any money on…
Do not know how they make any money on horses, lots of poor decisions if the horse can't race at Saratoga or Gulfstream they don't want them,Own a share of Caldera would have liked to see him in a small barn racing in Kentucky with big purses instead they showed no imagination just placed him with the same trainer who has 50% of there horses.
Love having the horses
Love having the horses
But, so many are in rehab. It’s a learning experience
I love the daily reports on the horses
I love the daily reports on the horses, and their truth as to the horse's talent. You seem to select good horses at the auctions. I am grateful that you help your retired TBs to find a new career. (My first horse was a retired racehorse who lived to be 30). The excursions to Dubai and the Royal Ascot were fantastic.
Great Partnership
The simplicity of a one time payment is great. The breakdown of what your share of purse would be is nice and the updates on your stable is outstanding and finally the tax forms are delivered in a timely manner.
Opportunity
Just the opportunity to see these beautiful creatures up close and the beauty. The opportunities you have, that you wouldn't if not with myracehorse.
review of MyRacehorse
Like the fact MyRacehorse keeps me advised about activity of my horses; workouts, race activity

Affordable way to participate in horse racing without going bankrupt. Easy to get involved and keep up to date with my horses.

You guys usually do everything very well but the adjusted tax form and late K1 have caused me major headaches. Ive had to file an amendment which also cost me additional money.
