Do not use this company!! Why didn't I think about Googling for reviews before I paid over £100 for my daughters Christmas present which as you will have guessed from other reviews did not turn up and I have not had any response to messages I have sent - absolute RIP OFF company

I ordered the 22 inch Elsie reborn baby doll in July. The doll did not arrive until December. The doll not only arrived late but it looks and feels nothing like the description. First, the doll I received hair is shedding really bad. The doll I ordered had wavy hair. The doll they sent has brown eyes. I ordered the doll with blue eyes. I ordered a doll made out of vinyl. The doll I received is plastic. Not to mention, when I opened the box, the doll legs were not attached. This doll does not fit the description. I am glad I opened the box before she could see. A company should never send a doll with parts all over the place. This is cruel!!!!!!!!! Do not waste your time or money with this company.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Have opened a claim with PayPal. I ordered two dolls totaling nearly $200. I received two completely different dolls and have attempted to contact the company via their own email address on five occasions now. I have filed a claim twice with Paypal. The first one they "forgot" to actually file. I'm so frustrated. I'm a single mom (widow) and purchased these to be Santa gifts for my girls. Now I'm out $200 and don't have the funds to buy replacement gifts. Guess Santa won't be visiting this year.
TOTAL SCAM!!!!!

I contacted seller through PayPal and was offered a partial refund of 32usd ....was happy that I recieved a prompt reply....feeling a little better knowing I haven’t paid as much.....mistakes happen...

Please don't order from this website!! Its horrible! I ordered 2 different dolls. Recieved 2 dolls exactly the same and was neither of the dolls I ordered. One was defective. Tried reaching customer service for a week. Called and sent e mails several times a day. No response. Finally reached someone and now sending me the same exact doll again. No package slips or anything for returns. They have totally ruined my Christmas for my grand daughters not counting my stress and headaches

I will never order from this website again. I paid almost $200 for 2 dolls for my granddaughter for Christmas. Both were supposed to be African American dolls. Only one was African American but it came with the legs detached. Really!!!!! Do not buy from this company!! I wished I had looked for the reviews before I spent my money on this junk. The girls are going to be so disappointed.

The doll looked bad I paid all this money for my daughter for the doll to have a heart beat and coos and she didn't have nothing. The doll didn't look like a real baby. I sent her back the same day and I want all my money back. I emailed the company several times and no one responded back. All they want is your money. They have to many addresses and one don't have a zip code for ny. So how can that be. I'm not going to be doing business with them anymore. No dolls for me.

If it could be a zero rating, it would be!
1. Doll looks nothing like it does on the website
2. Dummy does not stick to the mouth of the doll, but the cheek instead! Pointless.
3. Doll arrived damaged. Loads of emails back and forward and I WAS TO RETURN THE DOLL AT MY EXPENSE!
I seen a review in here where someone done this and they claimed they didn't receive it so ended up all that money down and no doll. The only way around this is to pay for signed delivery and, to China, the cost would be too much from the UK. They now don't respond to me.

PayPal were as much use as a chocolate teapot! They don't offer the "buyer protection" they claim to.
Anyway...AVOID AVOID AVOID
I wish I'd researched the company more before buying. $107 for the worst doll you could imagine. I'd rather give her a Chucky doll that this 😕

This website is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!! The doll I received looked nothing like the doll in the advertised picture. It was also very ugly. Cost me $70. When you contact the company they just use delay tactics and just keep responding with the same generic response

I sent them pictures about 5 times. At one point they offered a $10 refund which is a joke. I finally had to escalate it to PayPal and speak to a representative there. PayPal finally gave me a credit for the full price. There is about a 2 week window to resolve your claim so you have to stay on top of it. Waste of time and energy.

Don't buy from this company. First, they were out of the doll my 10 year old daughter bought with her own money, so they just sent another model that looked nothing like the one she ordered. She was SO disappointed. Also, the photos on the website look a lot more realistic than the doll we received. Then when I tried to return the $108 doll, they offered $30 refund and some free doll clothes. Dishonest company. Shameful behavior.

I actually had a great experience. Just received the doll today and I have no complaints. Shipping was fast. I was terrified after reading the reviews because I had already ordered, so terrified that I emailed them how afraid I was that I’d get scammed. The doll came less than two weeks after ordering.

The worst company you can ever order from. The dolls look nothing like the pictures. And when you complain about the item. The company sends Generic emails to you and wants you to take discounts on your next order. The company Will not refund you your money and refuses to correct the problem unless to send the items back to them. You will be responsible for the shipping and it’s not in the U.S.A. BEWARE do not buy from this company.

I wouldn't even give this company a rating of 1 ... They are a total scam!! I ordered a reborn baby doll and what I received was absolutely NOTHING like the picture! I was heartbroken. I'm trying to get a refund and all they want to give you is very little back or a percentage off your next order, and now they won't even respond to my emails. Well I will NEVER order from them again! I just wanted to let you know my experience with this company. SCAMMED! :(

This is a complete scam, do not order from this company!!!! They have multiple websites with same products so be aware!!!! I've called the bank to stop payment to this company! Just horrible what they are doing to people!

I do not buy from the company but I was about so buyers beware the company is a fraud, steals photos from artists, and blocks actual reviews, and there is no refunds.they need to get canceled, and found out by the FBI

Doll arrived today. Ordered approx 1 month ago. After reading previous reviews was convinced we were being scammed and nothing would arrive. Very pleasantly pleased with doll and gorgeous chubby legs especially.

I was scammed by them I’m still arguing with them to give me my money back!! I didn’t see no reviews on their page and Me being stupid didn’t think anything of it and now I know why!! I wrote a review on there showing how they didn’t give me what I ordered and my review isn’t on there! I wish I knew if there’s away to sue them!! I’m so mad!! I wrote them saying they gave me something I didn’t order I order a avatar reborn full body silicon That was a girl. And I got a avatar doll that’s not even silicon and it was a boy so I told them I wanted my money back and they keep saying sorry do you want $10 back or I’m sorry we can give you $20 or 20% off your next item!

Scam. I bought 3 dolls and none of them look like what is advertised at all. The company offered a refund of $50 when I spent almost $300. Or return for $70 shipping and reading up on it, it sounds like these return packages never get received, therefore no refund. Still waiting on paypal to try to resolve my claim but reading reviews it seems like they don't help and continue to partner with them.

It looks nothing like the doll advertised it's got water Mark's patchy eyelashes glued on the white on the nails look like lumpy nail varnish it's so pink it looks sun burnt........!!!!!! AND FOR THE WORST PART MY AUNTY POINTED IT OUT TO ME IT LOOKS LIKE A MOULD OF A DEAD BABY WHEN RIGOR MORTIS STARTS SETTING IN........SCAMMING THIEVING BUM ASS PEOPLE
