I wrote a negative review about this company in March, as tgryvtook unauthorised payments from my account and I had to contact my bank to block further payments. I have just received an email ftom them offering to refund my money if I delete the negative review! Sounds like blackmail to me.

Promt replies, acknowledging my problematic situation and finding a solution!!!!!
I went online myrecipearea.com,could immediately chat with customer service, was immediately given a email address to request help. My emails were immediately answered eventhough customer service said they would reply in longer time. They requested more information, then referred my query to the relevant department. I received a email that they will investigate, and reply within 72 hours. Within 48 hours Jamal (the Escalation Team) replied and apologized for the inconvenience and I am going to be refunded.
Thanks a lot for the excellent service from myrecipearea 's customer service /care and thanks a lot Jamal. I am waiting for the refund. Excellent customer service!!!!!!
