Thrift store items disguised as "vintage"

My teenager was duped by this woman pretending to curate custom pieces to fit her. It took months and was hundreds of dollars. She received a few clothing items that smelled horrible and looked like thrift store clearance items and a stained purse. None of the clothing fit her, even though she sent measurements. Then she received a bill for over $70 from FedEx for customs charges. This woman is preying off young girls and is a complete joke.
