Poor communication between My Richmond and the artist meant the artist was unsure which print I had ordered. The impact of this was that I did not receive the print I ordered in time for Christmas.
Would not use My Richmond again.

The personal touch was fantastic. I got a message asking if delivery would be ok on the Friday, it wasn't so it was scheduled around when it was convenient for me. I haven't seen the art work as it was a present for a friend but she said it is beautiful and it brought a tear to her eye to recieve such a wonderful gift!

Excellent service and lovely books. Placed order, one of the books is currently unavailable. Was informed of this, and asked what I would prefer to do (unavailable book will be delivered slightly delayed).

Arrived on time and as expected.

Easy to browse and find local retailers with excellent products.

ordered a richmond mug really happy with the service and would use them again packing was excellent and a lovely tag with the mug excellent company

I ordered a few gift boxes as Christmas presents and were really looking forward to giving them to my family at home. Due to delays with Royal mail I wasn’t receiving the items although that have been shipped long ago. I reached out to My Richmond to check if anything can be done to get the gifts on time and they immediately got back to me with the solution! The gifts were personally delivered by London Bee company and I am now able to bring them home for Christmas! I highly appreciate the effort and absolutely recommend My Richmond! Thank you!

I’m very happy with my tea towel depicting pubs in Richmond. Such a fun product for all we people who are unable to enjoy visiting Richmond at the present time.
