Negative one trillion stars. These are HUge scammers. Don’t give them your money. You’ll never see your product.

I have two orders, one for $34.97 and one for $34.27. I have never received either. I reached out to them and they replied but then disappeared. utter crap. Such a scam. I have all of my email correspondence and order numbers and receipts, what are my options??

I wish I had seen this review before ordering. I order two portiats fto this site. and I have recieved nothing from them. One portiat was of my daughter the other of me. Both paid in full.

Unfortunately its a scam
They never intended to deliver the purchased goods.
They just keep you waiting long enough. "Please just a bit of patience sir, we have high order load"
Because they know that after 90 days, most credit card companies no longer accept a fraudes claim from the customer. and after 90 days credit card companies can not retrieve the money themselves.

TIps for the future:
Never order any thing that has an AD on facebook
Always research a vendor before bying
Always file a claim with creditcard company before your time expires

They are a scam. Please avoid them!

If I can put -1000000000 star i would. DO NOT USE THEM! ITS A SCAM. I placed my order in March 2020 and as of today I did not received the products . I cannot reach anyone for the answers

Royal Portraits, Co. If I could give zero stars, I would. My sister and I ordered a portrait in October 2020 and didn't hear from them for several months. We reached out on Facebook, Instagram, and through email about 15 times before anybody EVER responded. They sent a preview and promised it would be sent within a week, but now it's almost March and we still haven't heard back. I tried reaching out on Instagram again, and I got blocked. We finally went through our bank and got a refund, but the company is a total scam. Please don't buy anything!!!

I ordered a portrait of my boyfriend as a Christmas gift in September of 2020 and it’s now almost March of 2021 and I have heard nothing from the company. The website says it’s due to “overwhelming demand” but this is no excuse to leave paying customers the dark. I even bought the digital download version and have not received that either. I did get a preview of the artwork on December 1st but never received any information regarding when it would be sent to me. I made sure to order within the Christmas deadline as well as order the digital version just incase. This is ridiculous and I would NOT recommend this company. I want my money back or at least the artwork.

Wish I had read these reviews before placing my order. I had ordered a portrait of myself off a Facebook advertisement and am happy with it, so did one for my sister in November 2020. It's mid-February 2021 and nothing. CRICKETS! I, too, get the form letters that the company is busily creating the portrait. BS!!!! FRAUD COMPANY, stay away from them.

Criminal!! This company is a complete scam. Unfortunately, my husband fell for a Facebook ad (lesson learned). We are out $113.90. He even paid for an expedited order and rush shipping. He made his order in August 2020. It is February 2021. Their website is now defunct. It is too late for us to dispute the charges with our credit card. I'm sure these crooks now that, which is why they were originally giving him the runaround, promising that the item would arrive.

I just get the automated reply from Zendesk also. I realise this is a scam site now which is fine

I also went with Trustpilot with a review on The Hospital Group ( probably the only 2 issues I’ve had in my life) I got nowhere The Hospital Group still will not answer my emails

Ordered two portraits in October 2020 and I still have not heard from them or received my portraits. Their website is down, they are no longer active on Instagram, and they are sending a BS automated reply via Zendesk when you email them.

If you've already ordered and are in a similar position, contact your bank to dispute the charge and get your money back.

I purchased two portraits in November 2020. (it is now Feb. 10, 2021) and when I inquire about my purchases, the only response that I receive is a form letter from "Zendesk" whoever they are! I ALSO NOTICED THAT THEY ARE NO LONGER ADVERTISING.... VERY SHADY !!

Total scam thank god Chase is refunding my charge

Ordered a portrait in early November 2020; item not received by February 2021. Company said item was delayed but was still coming. No tracking number provided. Website now defunct. Reported to better business bureau and opened a dispute with my credit card company. This site is a scam.

I ordered one as a Christmas present for a friend back in early December. I saw ads on Instagram so I thought it was legit. Now the site is gone and the few emails I was sent have 0 contact information.

One star isn’t low enough for a company of thieves. Ordered early December. Never got my portrait. Company ghosting their customers. Stay away. Need my bank to get involved to get a refund now.
