Myrqvist began its journey in 2016 with a clear vision: to craft quality footwear with a timeless design at a reasonable price. Our aim was to create shoes that could withstand the test of time and trends.

While all of our design work is done at our headquarters in Stockholm, our shoes are assembled by experienced artisans in Portugal, with whom we have long-standing relationships. Scandinavian design, attention to the finest details, and the use of top-quality materials from the best tanneries in the world are at the core of our business. Thanks to these principles, we were awarded the title of fastest-growing footwear brand in Sweden in 2020. VAT was suppose to be included

I was told my your customer support that VAT is included in the price. First thing I got from Fedex when shipment arrived is a VAT bill. I'm still currently discussing with your customer service and Fedex about the VAT bill and answers from your customer service take a very long time.

Shoes are ok, business practice and delivery less than par

I did not like that the shoes were delivered without shoe bags, which left the suede loafers with marks and scuffs from being packaged together and transported without protection. It seemed careless and disrespectful to the client and the product. For shoes in this price range, shoe bags should be a given. The billing process is not transparent, and additional charges were not disclosed on the invoice but were included on my credit card statement. I find conducting business in that manner dishonest and unprofessional.

Bad experience & poor quality

Websites allows to order articles that are not on stock any more; got three pairs of shoes and not a single one was in good conditions (one of them was used already)

Horrible

Horrible. FedEx tracking says the product is in Stockholm, yet their rep (via email) says the package was sent out already. I've tried to follow up with emails and there AI chatbot, the responses from the AI are generic, and the rep has ghosted me via email. I'm sure the product itself is fine and well-crafted, but the experience? horrible. I have yet to receive my package or even an update. The order was placed over a week ago.

Unbelievable customer service

Unbelievable customer service! I’ve been looking for a formal sneaker for the last few months. I finally settled on the Oaxen in Sand Suede the week before my wedding. I requested rush order and they made sure that my shoes arrived to the US just in time for my wedding! I received so many compliments on them and I’m extremely thankful for Martin’s assistance and the whole team that helped me out! The shoes look awesome and feel great! Thanks

Poor packaging ruined premium shoes

Received the shoes in a timely manner, but they were packaged in boxes that were too small, which caused them to develop wrinkles. For shoes at this price point, this is unacceptable. On top of that, I had to pay a 10 EUR return fee.

Unprofessional return management

21 days since the return parcel has been delivered at Myrqvist, but I have not received any refund yet. About to open a PayPal complaint soon.
