I ordered my shoes over 2 weeks ago. Myrqvist claimed that they take care of the customs/ tariffs. I was notified by fed ex that it’s being held by US customs and I needed to fill out paperwork. I filled out last week and haven’t received any update.

Poor Quality and Completely Ignored by Customer Service
I am disappointed with Myrqvist and their complete lack of customer service.
I purchased a pair of Smögen Dark Brown Calf loafers in early November, expecting high-quality craftsmanship based on how the brand markets itself. However, after only limited use, the leather on the upper has already started to deteriorate at the flex point. It is cracking and visibly breaking down — something that should absolutely not happen with so-called “high-quality calf leather” after such a short period.
I have taken proper care of the shoes: they were impregnated shortly after purchase, used under normal conditions, and always stored with shoe trees. This is clearly not a case of misuse.
What makes the situation even worse is the complete lack of response from Myrqvist. I contacted them first on March 9th and followed up again on April 17th — both times with no reply whatsoever. Being ignored as a customer when raising a legitimate quality issue is simply unacceptable.
At this price point, you expect both durability and at least a basic level of customer support. Myrqvist has failed on both.
I cannot recommend this brand based on my experience.

Wrong shoes, missing stuff, no reply from support.
Ordered one pair of Loafers and a shoe block. Received the wrong size, an extra pair of shoes I’ve never ordered, and missing the shoe block from the order. I contacted them via Email like an hour after I got the delivery. 1 whole week has passed and no reply still. They are holding my money and I am holding 2 pairs of shoes I didn’t order.
Avoid for now, because they’ll mess up your simple order and then they won’t reply.
Update:
I got my shoes with correct size in the end, after the support got in contact with me. They were kind and understanding, and I got the correct shoes even before sending my package back, but the support answer time is still very much unacceptable, probably need to employ some more support staff.

Really good experience
I recently purchased my wedding shoes, and the entire experience, starting from the unboxing, was outstanding. The presentation is carefully thought out and really enhances the overall purchase experience. Even the scent reflects the quality of the materials used.
I chose the Drottningholm model, and visually they are exceptional. They stand out compared to classic matte Oxford shoes, offering a more distinctive and refined look while still remaining elegant.
In terms of comfort, I’ve been wearing them for two to three hours daily to break them in. As expected from a structured Oxford shoe, they feel quite rigid at first. However, after the initial 30-40 minutes, they become significantly more comfortable, to the point where you almost forget you're wearing a formal shoe of this kind.
Overall, a high-quality product that combines design, craftsmanship, and a well-crafted customer experience. Highly recommended.Very recomended

When my shoes first arrived the size wasn’t quite right, but customer service replied fast and exchange was hassle free. Current pair fits perfectly and looks very nice.

Great shoes! Highest quality for the price range in my opinion.
Read the size chart carefully before buying as they have different size models. I bought two different pairs and both fit perfectly.
It did take a while for the shoes to get shipped out from the warehouse but other than that I think it is worth it.
