1) Admin is not effective ( they miss …
1) Admin is not effective ( they miss invoices/debits to account then bill multiple invoices in one go without communicating)
2) They do not check spellings so don't get emails and names logged correctly
3) If you mention issues to them - they don't seem to take corrective action
