Excellent for measuring fitness & exercise, easy to use if you're familiar with fitness trackers but would be tricky for anyone as a first timer. I upgraded from Fitbit for more accuracy and better stats and couldn't be happier. Great quality, sturdy design, lovely AMOLED touch screen and long battery life.
