My first time using a smart watch so can't compare to others. I wanted the maps for navigation which this one has. Bit of a learning curve, but very responsive watch face. I'm very happy with it.

Excellent watch upgraded from 955. Really the screen quality is the only significant difference but that's almost worth. Anyone who has an older forerunner or new to the range will love it

Very good garmin functionality, had a fenix 6s and wanted to upgrade to a nicer screen. The forerunner 965 has all the functionality I need and the battery life beats amy other smart watch brand.
A bit hard to get used to at the beginning, but once you start to use it, excellent.
The Forerunner 965 is amazing if your goal is train more and better.

Great training watch
Sleak lightweight watch. Was bit worried about size on my small wrists, but it's absolutely fine. Battery life is great. Coming from Polar, so takes some getting used to different metrics and presentation. Too early to tell how reliable they are for guiding my runs and work outs. I'm excited though.
