Four days waiting on each reply to an…

Four days waiting on each reply to an email.. FFS. Then told a refund would take 3-4 working days. Not true if you're not even responding to my email. Gonna give it 2 more days then I'm initiating action through my credit card company. Wish I'd just bought from Garmin instead of trying to support an Irish business. Won't use this company again.

We are disappointed to see this rating as the timeline of our communication does not reflect a 4-day delay at any time.

As a small Irish business operating Monday to Friday, we responded to every query you sent within one business day:

- FRIDAY NIGHT (Feb 6th): Order placed for an out-of-stock item.

- TUESDAY (Feb 10th): You inquired about stock due date.

- WEDNESDAY (Feb 11th): We replied that we were still waiting for an ETA from Garmin (1 business day).

- THURSDAY (Feb 12th): You requested a cancellation.

- FRIDAY (Feb 13th): We replied to confirm we could cancel and requested your final go-ahead. We also noted that banks (not us) usually take 3–5 working days to process refunds to cards (1 business day). In mid afternoon, you confirmed the go-ahead.

- MONDAY (Feb 16th): Your refund was processed in full (less than 1 working day after your confirmation).

While we understand that waiting for stock can be frustrating, we maintained consistent communication throughout our opening hours. Your refund has been processed on our end as of Monday morning.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We completely agree that it took longer than we would have liked to get your Garmin GPSMAP H1 to you, and we sincerely apologise for the frustration this caused.

To provide some context, when an item is out of stock, we rely on estimated arrival dates provided by the manufacturer. In this instance, Garmin updated the ETA several times due to broader logistical shifts in EU distribution and customs processing, which unfortunately sit outside of our direct control.

We aim to ship items the moment they reach our warehouse. Your order arrived with us on the afternoon of Thursday, January 29th, was collected by DPD on Friday, January 30th, and delivered on Tuesday, February 3rd, following the bank holiday weekend.

We would have much preferred to get this to you sooner, and we appreciate your patience while we navigated these manufacturer delays. We are constantly working to improve our communication regarding these external timelines to better serve our customers.

I had an amazing experience buying from mySavNav. I bought a Shokz OpenRun PRO 2, and it had a defective power button. I got it replaced twice now, with no hassle at all. I posted back to mySavNav on a Wednesday and received a brand new device by Tuesday.

Excellent experience

Excellent experience, called for advice regarding a Garmin watch and was given all the details before buying. Their prices were alot more cheaper than anywhere I looked online and nice to deal with an Irish company.

Reliable

Didn’t know the company and was a bit skeptical about buying since it was an online-only shop. But I received my Garmin within 48 hours, and it was €70 cheaper than in other well-known stores.

Most competitive pricing on the item I ordered and fast delivery (within 2 days) with a trusted delivery company. Was somewhat anxious about ordering a higher value item value item online for delivery, however everything went smoothly. Received order confirmation details and accurate delivery updates. Item came well packaged. Delighted with my purchase and the fast and efficient service.
