They will probably not send your order

I’ve ordered a box on the 12th of December, hoping to get it for Christmas as they guarantee to deliver it on time. Today is the 3th of February and still did not received it.
I’ve send multiples mails asking about it before giving up and asking to cancel the order since they did not ship it.but never had any answers. So I had to open a dispute with PayPal, thankfully they could help. I finally got an answer from the company seoulbox asking me to cancel t he dispute for them to refund me. lol. I told them I will not cancel the dispute until I actually get a refund from them. Then, they decide to ship the parcel ( I still don’t have any news about it) and not refund me or only a few percentage.
I regret not looking up for review before ordering because this company is a mess and the support or communication team is a joke. It really feels like a scam to be honest. I will of course never try to order from it again and will tell my friends to avoid it at all cost. This should not happen, I’m glad I payed with PayPal because they are actually helpful and get things done, I will hopefully get my money back in the end. But if you read this, do not risk it, there is other company offering snacks and k-beauty probably better than this one.

Avoid like the plague

UPDATE: I have since received a reply from Soeulbox and based on the reply I have increased my rating. Guys you need to do better though you need to reply to your emails quicker. Terrible customer service I have emailed multiple times trying to cancel my subscription. The box I received 2 days ago was identical to the one I received in October!!!

Zero customer service had issues with order not even was offered single help and got it only after a month who would love to get an expired product and the product is different from what they show in picture such s scam and they are looting in the name of shipping charge

Please avoid!

I ordered two boxes at the end of November 2022, when I asked a month later when they'll ship they answered some days later that it was really stressful over Christmas, which I get. I asked again mid-January, haven't got an answer yet, but the boxes arrived 25 January. Unfortunately, I received the signature box from May 2022, which means all the snacks are already out of date and cannot really do anything with my box :(
I wrote them again but no response yet. (I will keep you updated and will change my review)

Late show

Placed an order before Christmas, the box has still not arrived or even shipped. I asked the company to cancel the order, but have not heard from them since nor have I gotten my money back.

I'd recommend avoiding this company.

Received the package today, still very late though and certainly not the best experience.

Always problems with delivery

I ordered a three box subscription. The box itself is good, but there are always problems with delivery and customs. The last box hasn't even arrived yet, although it should have been delivered at the end of March and now it is end of May. No one feels responsible and I don't think I will ever get my last box or a refund.

On point!

This box is so good! I'm always excited to discover what the new month team will be about. The mix of snack, k-beauty, and Kpop! I really enjoy getting this box! 🥰And I appreciate the fast shipping and the costumer service is really on point, I had some issues with my data and they solved it reeeeaally fast! 🤭 I really LOVE this box and I would definitely recommend buying it!!

The only subscription box I need!

The only subscription box I need. As a blogger about korean food I always love to try out new things. This box provides me with monthly delicacies that make me happy like a child everytime I receive it. The delivery from South Korea was super fast and when I was absent from home once I even got a friendly call from FedEx, telling me where they placed the parcel. I will stay a customer for as long as I can!

Amazing product! 🤩

This is the first time getting myself any subscription box. And I am absolutely satisfied with it! :))
The quality of the products is over the top, plus I was afraid the COVID situation might be a hurdle in the delivery, but the customer services supported me really well.
I'm going to be a regular customer now! :)

An amazing box!
As a small YouTuber who loves South Korea and food, I always wanted to try a Korean snack box. After some research, I found Seoulbox and try them twice in 2 years. Every time, the box gets better and we can feel that they value the client.

Wonderful product, responsive company!

I've been subscribed to SeoulBox for nearly two years now and honestly COVID messed things up real bad with shipping, but it's by no fault of the company. I have a lot of patience for most things and I always gave them the benefit of the doubt, and even if my box was a couple months late their team has always been so responsive to me. The wait is so worth it and I've kept every bit of packaging since the first box I got. I love trying such unique and different snacks each month, even if I'm not a fan of some of the tastes haha. Would fully recommend this product to everyone in my area (and beyond)!

Bought a SeoulBox that never arrived.
Sent countless emails, messages to their accounts on facebook, instagram, you name it, I even called their distributor (FedEx) with the tracking number to which they (and by they I mean FedEx because Seoul Box ignored me and never replied) informed me that the order never left South Korea.
This company takes your money, doesn't send anything, and ghosts you while you have to deal with your credit card company to get your money back.

It's a scam. They sent out a few boxes to give the illusion they're working but the majority of orders never get sent.

Never received the box

Never received the box. I Bought a box in May 2020, and did not receive any confirmation email or anything. They've already charged me the money and i tried to contact them several times - even in February 2021, but with no respond at all. I definitely do not recommend them at all
