Sadly we have to agree with the other reviews. I just wish we had seen them before sending off our money. We had the same experience: we thought it was UK; the 3-5 days turned into 11 days, from China; the phone number is not recognised; the quality of the printing is very poor. The only amusing part was the return address.....to Inner Mongolia!

Terrible printing, now ignoring all forms of contact so I cannot return my item.

As other reviewers have stated, this company presents itself as UK based but deliveries come direct from China.
The T Shirt they supplied was too small so we emailed to ask about changing it for a larger size.
They did not reply to the email.
The UK address they give on their website for returns doesn’t seem valid when checked on the Royal Mail website so we decided not to throw good money after bad by attempting to return the T shirt for a refund.

Company has .co.uk website and UK address but is actually based in China. They do not answer emails and the tracking ID they give does not pull up any results on 'ChinaPost'. Avoid.

Scam don't order. From these people

Website makes them look like they are in the UK, but then you get a China Post tracking number which doesn't work. Ordered size 3XL and got a t-shirt so small I didn't even bother attempting to try it on! Do not reply to emails so could not find out where to send for a refund, and not sure I would trusted them to give me one anyway. Trying to claim back through PayPal now. I would avoid them at all costs unless you want to lose your money.

Mobile number doesn't work.
During the order process it says 2 days delivery for UK mainland.
But soon after confirmation of order says it takes two to four weeks from CHINA ..

Can't even cancel the order, No response to email

This pretends to be a UK based company, but it is NOT its based in CHINA. All goods take two to four weeks to arrive and I am trying to cancel this order.
The company refuse to answer my cancellation request or even reply with an English email reply.
Very disappointed - so warning others not to be fooled like me.

T-shirt and print of very poor quality. Was also sent the wrong colour. Impossible to get a hold of company as the phone number is not in use and they do not respond to emails.
