Great customer service, knowledge and expertise.
Very keen to go back and try the diffusers and candles.

I saw this company on TikTok and had to stop by. I’m not a perfume expert I just stick to the 3 I know YSL Iibre intense, Scandal and Prada Paradox intense. I was visiting with the intention to purchase a new niche scent I even went with a list of recommendations. I was welcomed with a smile from one of the owners Frank, he was so friendly and had so much patience with me. Frank asked what I currently wear and showed me samples of what I could possibly like, he knows what he’s doing. He is so friendly he didn’t rush me or force a sale. I did eventually decide on 3 fragrances on a deal 3 10ml bottles for £50. I’m very happy with my choices,I will definitely be going back.

I have been looking for a signature fragrance for a very long time and when I got to this business and asked about this particular one, I knew that I would be getting the kinda of customer service that has been lacking within the fragrance business for a long time.
This was a totally personalised experience with the opportunity to explore hidden memories of better times.

The experience I had at My Signature Aroma started by accident to be honest. Just touring and walking through Brixton Market my group and I stubbled around the booth with co-owner Frank working there one Saturday. After having a great convo on fragrances and everything under the sun. I knew he was beyond knowledgeable on his craft but his character was solid. I brought his 3 x 10mL deal and was extremely pleased. Enough to visit several times after that. But the cherry on top was the custom fragrance experience his wife/ co- owner and Adriel hosted. It was beyond just having the ability to create my own fragrance which has been on my to do list for quite some time. And having been an individual who has had high quality fragrances from every major brand one could think of, it was a learning experience. The value in what’s delivered was amazing! The respect, the knowledge, the vibe was A1! I’d highly recommend My Signature Aroma if you’re looking for any authentic fragrance and a custom experience. They have the ability and technology to provide an exact 1 to 1 for your favorite fragrance or what you have been looking to try without spending £1000 for the bottle. Do yourself a favor and make your way to their location immediately, you will NOT regret it!

Amazing! Frank and Dionne are fragrance geniuses! They matched me with the perfect scent and even identified one I’ve loved for years but never knew the name of. If you want a signature scent that turns heads, this is the place! You’ll honestly leave smelling beautiful.

It’s just crazy how spot on the scents are and plus the strength he literally put a damper on my hand and it’s over powering my la labo perfume that is over £200. So yeah the days of luxury brand perfumes anre over.

I visited My Signature Aroma located in Brixton, due to a TikTok post. The video post was on how they can create your own signature aroma, based on what scents you like and don’t like. I was pleased to have finally visited the store & managed too purchase 3 of my very own fragrances. Price ranges are very reasonable. The process took about 10-20 minutes. They also offer a re-fills option & the options to create these aroma into: candles, room sprays and diffuser. Also perfect gift/s. A very pleasing and satisfied customer.
