Great service and great product got power to my garage on the end now.
Tried to by from them, they kept saying it was being sent, the courier tracking site said otherwise.
Would not recommend.
Top marks to Klarna though for the full refund.

Ordered on 28th December 2024 and order was acknowledged but delivery was not received and I required this urgently.
After several emails I cancelled the order and was informed that a refund was on the way.
After another week no refund and then two days later they delivered the wrong item.
This Companies communication is very poor and they have total disrecard for the customer.
They said the wrong item would be uplifted a week ago but still here.
I would advise anyone to AVOID

PLEASE AVOID This company i purchase and armoured extension cable with outdoor socket on the 25th September. After multiple email and web chats sent it's still saying awaiting fulfillment, there has never been any correspondence from this company at all it is now the 15th October. I have the right company as I purchase it through klarna and also have the shop app, so there is no confusion. And my address is still the same address on both off these shopping sites. Am trying to request a refund but it's hard as there is no correspondence. So please AVIOD THIS SCAM COMPANY
Absolutely awful, order on 27th August, chase up on September 3rd, got email saying it should be with me by September 13th, as very busy. Ask to cancel and refund, no news from anyone, 5 emails so far, no phone number to be found. no refund. At least a reply because of a negative review. If you can let me know the date of the refund, as i have nothing.

Order made and received in a timely fashion. Requested to return 1 product as no longer needed, had email with returns address & info. Duly sent return and have received no refund despite multiple emails that haven’t been responded to! A real scam of a company, quick to fulfil orders but when things go wrong they completely ignore you.

I have been trying to contact this company over the last few days as I spent £139 online but never received an order confirmation. I am now dubious about whether this company really exists. They have not sent a confirmation, replied to my messages, or sent out the product, yet I have been charged.

I ordered a 4 way external extention, absolutely zero communication, no update on the shop app, I asked weekly for an order update nothing, I message and ask them for an update as I was becoming concerned after 4 weeks I wasn't getting this product asked them to update me on the Monday or I would take formal action, no communication apart from "full refund" let's see if I actually get the refund...thier customer service is shocking!

Avoid this scam of a company. Placed an order that said 1-2 days delivery and to contact them if after 5 days there’s no delivery, did that no reply, tracking shows it hasn’t even been sent and another email again with no reply. 2 week later tracking shows it’s not been sent and having to now go through bank to try get refund.
Update. Had a email after leaving review saying their not scammers which is strange considering on hear they deny any knowledge of you. Still no product or refund

Ordered two extension leads for some Hue garden lighting. Packaging was spot on but delivered badly by Royal Mail (not this companies fault at all).
Outdoor weather sealed extensions with incorporated RCD are well put together and communication via online chat to ask a query (because I'm useless at electrics) was instant and informative. Any question I asked never seemed too much trouble for them.
I will most certainly be buying again and recommending to friends and family.

I ordered an extension lead on the 4th March 2024. I had not received it by the 13th March so I emailed them. I received a reply 2days later stating that I would receive it today or latest by tomorrow(they sent a proof of postage). Upon checking this, I found that they had sent it to another address. I sent another email stating this and they replied stating that I had put an incorrect delivery address. I checked my original order, and no, I had put my correct address on the form. So now the item is being returned and once received, I will get a refund.
It’s very annoying as I wanted to use the lead a week ago.

Your address was wrong, item was sent out next day after you ordered it. We can’t do much when you enter the wrong address at checkout. We have a admin fee of £20.00 that we have not charged you for wasting our time and resources chasing this up.
We have also not charged you the shipping fee and processed a full refund that will appear on your bank statement within 2-3 working days. Your getting a full refund for a item that did not arrive, I don’t know what else we can do to help you.
