It wasn't useful and had some weird things in it. I was disappointed but I spoke to Lisa and she explained some things. In the end she was kind enough to give me a refund and I gave her some feedback. In the end it went well, but I did have to call to get it resolved.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE
The customer service was outstanding and their prices are very reasonable. Lisa was patient, understanding and kind and I really appreciated that. I was not familiar at all about this process and she guided me through what I needed to do. Igor was the expert in drawing the site plan and he was amazing and very quick. When I needed a change, Igor made the change very quickly.
