I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to for this. My skin has never felt this hydrated, calm, and soft. My skin feels makes a difference!!
After a week, my skin felt smoother and looked more healthy. I love how natural the product is and the fact that it’s great for the environment too!

Incredible brand with the best ethos out there! The moisturiser is my favourite for daily use and also helps with small dry patches of eczema that I have on my hand too. LOVE LOVE LOVE.

Warning... Not suitable for teens and children.
My wife purchaced a couple of products from My Skin Feels when atteding a craft fair. She was really impressed with the brand and talked at length with the person at the stall. She was assured of the suitability of the product.
However, my daughters are now on day 2 of red, painful and itchy skin. We've had to use anti histamines to take away the distress of the itchy skin. If there is a day three we'll need to go and seek medical attention.
Its concerning to say the least.

First of all, I am sorry we are just seeing this now and we are so sorry that this happened to you. Our products are dermatologically tested on sensitive and eczema-prone skin so this reaction is very surprising.
If you are able to reach out to us directly we can sort out a refund for you. It would also be great to know what happened in further detail, for example if the products were used on their own or with anything else, if you daughters have food allergies that we were unaware etc of so we can go back to our product team and understand what / how this reaction was caused.

Purchased the face wash and been using it daily for 2 months - smells amazing, really cleans my skin without stripping it, great packaging design and I love the concept behind the brand. Will definitely be trying out the moisturiser next!
