my smokinshop online approved
Been using the Penwortham Preston based company for just over 4 years now. I purchase a fair amount of products and tobbaco from them as I also buy for family members that do not have access to or can not use the internet. With the rare exeption of a slightly longer than expected delivery date, excluding weekend orders which they do not seem to process until the monday. All products have been as described and at the cost expected, a few items of there own brand such as spintop ashtray and a few of low cost ecconemy items like bull brand do not last very long but are low cost enouth to not be a real issue. So far have had no issues that warented contacting so I can not speak of there customer service. Overall I give them 4 out of 5 good but could be better.

Uncannily swift and efficient service
I placed an order with mysmokingshop at 1:15pm on a Monday, thinking that it wouldn’t be dispatched until at least Tuesday. In fact, it was shipped within an hour and here I am with my parcel less than 24 hours after purchase. I wonder if Simon and his team have some kind of Wellsian Time Machine, so knew in advance what I would order and had already got it packed and ready…
Highly recommended not only for the swift, well packaged delivery, but also for their competitive pricing on items and postage.

I've also been in touch with them a few times and they have always been quick to respond, friendly and very helpful. I highly recommended. Shame about Trustpilots website freezing my, regulary updated browser when trying to leave a review however 🤣
