Reliable, great customer service, love these guys
I have been using My Smoking Shop for a few years now, and I can honestly say I have only ever had 1 issue where an item was missing from my order. I have a saying "you know how good a company is when you have a problem". I emailed and got a response almost immediately advising this was being looked into. The very next day the missing tub of tobacco was being delivered by the post man! I have never used another company since then. Customer service is top notch, and even with the governments idiotic tax hikes on tobacco, they keep their prices as low as possible. I also love that every now and then you get a free gift. They really appreciate their customers.

Excellent online shop to use, easy to navigate and the choice is extensive, I have always found something on there that i have been looking for, most items are dispatched within 1 day and arrive very well packaged, one of the finest online tobacconists out there in my opinion.
