There seems to be many of these scams running right now. I started the trial period, they helped my account and we saw results. The second we subscribed the service stalled. They never answered any emails again and charged us two months. I had to dispute them with my credit card company after cancelling with them and they continue to charge.
Be very wary of these so-called social growth companies.
