Recently purchased a Chesterfield leather chair which I love, perfect for any home office!

There were some issues with the product on delivery, and for me it's not the problem, it's how the problem is solved which is important - For this, their customer service was exceptional (Thanks again Louie!)! Issues acknowledged very quickly, options provided and a very happy customer!
Will be buying from again...

I ordered a chest of drawers clothes currently on floor as I didnt imagine I wouldnt have the delivery by now. I was told 3 to 10 working days we are padt that. They say drawers are with the carrier a wk ago but dtill not delivered. Shocking.

Ordered a chair quite urgently for my mom, supposed to arrive today, waited in all day, nothing showed up, can’t get through to them, just says message system full, tracking for delivery company doesn’t work, no chair, no responses, £300 down.

My experience with this company has been nothing but exceptional.

I found the storage furniture I was looking for to match an existing Grey Oak desk. After a price comparison,Full range were 25% cheaper than the previous suppliers for the same range.

On assembly, one of the doors had some slight damage. A single email later and a replacement was on its way, which arrived the next morning.

Would use again without hesitation.

I made the mistake of mis measuring my replacement sofa bed mattress, my fault and I accept that! However, I ordered the correct size and it was delivered and the wrong one collected on the same day, at the same time by the same courier - no problem. My issue with this company is the fact they charged me £66 (£55+ vat) to collect the mattress despite the fact they were delivering one here anyway. If I didn’t purchase another mattress it would have cost me £75 + vat to have it collect, MORE THAN HALF THE PRICE OF THE MATTRESS ITSELF!!
I feel it is daylight robbery and I won’t ever be buying from this company again and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!

Terrible from start to finish. their items are not as described, poor quality, rock hard solid was delivered however they described it as "a deep foam filled sofa for superior comfort" their courier refused to deliver the item to my room of choice and I was told that if I want to return the item then I have to pay for a courier myself, despite the fact they have sold me a sub standard sofa. They offered an insulting £10 refund. Avoid this company

I had some garden furniture delivered and some was damaged sent an email with pictures showing the damage and have had no response

Had what we neeeded. Easy to order and arranged delivery. Kept informed about the delivery and that went very smoothly with good customer care. Contacted them when I wanted to change the feet of my divan base as it was too low. Their customer care was great, they came up with a solution and it was sent to me and delivered next day. Really kind and helpful.

I purchased computer desk long back, service after purchased is bed, I lost some spareparts and the design of this table screws are different, we cant find in local shops and we have buy again from them only and it cost 18 pounds just for four screws (I have to buy whole set which is really waste, they should charged only the required not whole set). I was away form home and dismantle some of furniture during which I lost some spareparts. Were as other providers like Ikea they will gave free of cost although I was ready to pay for only which I need.

I purchased a replacement safa bed mattress.
It lacked any substance.
After only one night, it had a dip in it.
A complete waste of money.
The 7yr old mattress it replaced was better.

Excellent service delivered within two days and great communication. Good product too for the price so well happy thank you. 👌

Bought an office chair online which arrived with a faulty mechanism. They said they'd send another mechanism, which didn't arrive for 8 months, until I reminded them.

I then struggled to take apart the chair, and was offered videos on youtube that were unhelpful and dangerous.

No refund was offered.

After taking apart the chair, the threads had been damaged and it was impossible to put back together again. Go to ikea instead.

Myself and my partner recently purchased a TV cabinet for our first property from Full Range Furniture. The whole process was quick, easy and efficient and delivery was very quick. Really easy for my partner to assemble. Would highly recommend and will be ordering from them in the future!

I will write a full honest review, box with chair in left in rain, box ruined but chair okay, this is not the makers fault !!. At the moment I will only write about the present, will follow up after some use, althought no instrutions to install chair. i must add the design and simplicity of installion was easy, and first class designed, the look is elagant, the feel and quality is first class, If the gas lift is as good then I highly recommend this company.

bought an office chair and had problems with the lumbar part sticking in my sons back after a short period i got a replacement same thing happened and my sons back was bruised and swollen they told me to send chair back and they would refund me that was 2 weeks ago just ignoring all emails finally they sorted my refund but still dreadful experience never buy anything from them again

It's somewhat reassuring that FRF's customer service is responsive. I had a couple problems along the way, but things were dealt with promptly and their staff were friendly and on-the-ball. Thank you

I did have a fault on an office chair, I emailed the office and they emailed straight back, I then called their office and a man called Louie went out of his way to help me.

Things happen and no matter what you buy or where you buy from it’s always a possibility, however the way the company deals with the situation is everything.

The company were helpful and Louie was exceptional in customer service and a first class representative who I can only applaud for giving an Apple level of customer service.
I am very grateful, fair and honest what more can you ask.

I will be buying from here again because of the confidence I have in the company.

I ordered 2 office chairs and have to say that the quality and the customer service was nothing short of excellent.
I had the items shipped to Northern Ireland and they still arrived within 3 days.
Would not think twice about using them again 5*
