Sadly, I ‘wrote-off’ the cost of the purchase, since I was not able to download the software nor the key.
I was initially expecting @ packaged product, but found out otherwise.

Process worked as it should. Download instructions were accurate and everything went smoothly. Price was great, will use you again.

Smooth process and helpful service.

I have been ordering keys from this site in some intervals. keys are to go, but delivery is not instant. Mostly takes 2-3 hours to deliver... rest is good

BUYER BEWARE - THIS IS HORRIBLE COMPANY AND ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE - INSTALLATION ISSUES AND THEN DE ACTIVATED MY PRODUCT KEY A MONTH AFTER I PURCHASED AND ACTED LIKE I DID SOMETHING WRONG - PROMISE TO CALL BACK BUT THEY DONT - CANT GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE - THEY ARE LIARS AND THEY ARE CHEATERS AND THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM AND TOTAL RIP OFF! This is my second purchase from MySoftwaresPro. I came back for another MS Office product for my new laptop. I'm very pleased with the tech support in installing the product.

order was prompt. easy to install

have to give credit where credit is due, the first office 2016 key attempt had failed. replied back to email with original product key along with the issues on trying to install the product. the next day i had received response back with new key and download link that was able to activate the software. nice to see company standing behind their customers as this philosophy is lost in most companies nowadays.

Terrible
It's not instant download. I had to complain the next day to get my link and code. Then your Setup in your file was for 32 bits and your first customer rep. didn'tknow the fix and thought it was online. The 2nd rep eventually had to take remote control of my system to realize the first setup shouldn't be used but by drilling down into the directories I will get the correct option.
3 things - Why not put the correct setup files in the home directory and I had to give access to my laptop to someone half way around the world that I had no idea who he was. What happen to the instant download

Too many companies that sell software to go through this again.

I was hoping the installation would have been easier but there were some technical difficulties. Their customer service, however, was able to solve the issue. Programs work great.

Steve, (a Great Client assist PRO,) gave me great follow up help, on how to WAIT (stuck at 78% for 43 minutes) before install complete, doesn't sound like much, but with 3 Reboot wishes (didn't do it) to make sure the system is running right, to finalize 100% install, and needing somebody to pretend to blame, Steve was a GREAT HELP! - Mission Complete! - Thank You MySoftwaresPRO!

I cancelled Office 2016 online purchase on 1/9/2019, product has not been downloaded, product key not activated.
Customer Service said will check product activation and to expect 3-4 days for credit. Never received any update from them, I disputed the charge with AMEX a month later, MySoftwarePro later claimed product key has been activated as an excuse not to refund my purchase. Either they sold me bad Product Key in the first place or lied about the product key has been activated since I never even downloaded the online purchase.
UNPROFESSIONAL, DISHONEST, online store. BUYER BEWARE.
