We tried the buggy ride and it was very fun, this is something we wanna do next time we are here! The crew was very nice and helpful and gave us a very nice price and experience:) we also got a free pass for six people to the beach club! we recommend mysoov!

i had a very good experience at Gran Canaria with mysoov desk and mysoov.com, we booked a private yacht trip, and had island guided tour on a Mercedes climatized van. Then we receive a free pass for an amazing beach club . The flyers shows the prices "FROM" it can confuse you, but if you choose the basic options, the flyer are not lying. anyway my next journey will be with them because they know what mean quality of service.
when you call for any issue, someone is on the phone for you.

Dishonest company which confuse customers with with their tricky prices.
Got a brochure with their Services while I was at Gran Canaria with very attractive prices(30euros) for activities like jet ski/buggy car etc. When I went there, the asking price was almost triple(75euros) and there explaination was some nonsense.
I would call it Tourist Trap.

IF YOU WANT TO GET A PREMIUM PRODUCT FOR THE PRICE OF A LOW COST PRODUCT, IT'S IMPOSSIBLE. IF YOU WANT TO PAY A "RYAN AIR" FLIGHT TICKET DON'T COMPLAIN BECAUSE YOUR DREAM WAS A FLIGHT WITH "BRITISH AIRWAYS" AND YOU SHOULD NOT POST A REVIEW ABOUT RYAN AIR IF YOU EVEN NEVER FLY ON ONE OF THEIR FLIGHT. IT'S NOT REALLY HONEST.
Most of our customers understand this concept and experienced exactly what they book. Those who complain without really book and experience
our catalog products should not post a review.
