Don't bother
Don't bother, slots seem pre-determined to lose every time. When uploading ID for Identity purposes, was met with a message saying it will take a few minutes, but never occurs. Tried to speak to support, but even that was faulty, didn't connect with anybody. I don't think this site is operational except to take payment from your bank card.

Where do I begin haaha the website is terrible. They offer you all these bright and shiny bonuses that you get but even if you win and don't enter the bonus money you cannot withdraw and if you cancel the bonus they take your whole winnings lol then even if you grind and grind and somehow after hours get close to beating the wagering Poof the games turn off and nothing gives you a bonuse. I have a transcript for my deposit with a bonus I got up to 500 playing 60p stake (again in full transcript) and was thinking oh wow I only have 700ish wagering to do ill just grind it out on 60ps hours later with no hope of beating the wagering and every dead spin I can get and horrible bonus in game it has flicked that magical switch. This has happend around 4 or 5 times now and even thought naa its just bad luck but no its just the bad casino. STAY CLEAR!

I’m very disappointed with the service…
I’m very disappointed with the service I received today, so I’ll start from the beginning I deposited 50 pound into my account decided to withdraw then was waiting to process, next day I was informed the withdrawal was not possible started thinking this was odd and needed to wager it all before making withdrawal I decided ok fine I’ll do that, placed 2 BETS!! on roulette both at £25 on red which came through making my balance at £100 immediately after winning those 2 bets I closed down the game went to withdraw and my balance showed 0 which was when I decided to use live chat the lady on there was very rude and not helpful basically just explained that a further bet was placed of £100 all at once and lost which is very odd in first place as I was betting in £25’s and not £100’s I explained that is most of been a system error as I did not place another bet it does show on the transaction history but I did not place it and believe something went on on your guys end, I wouldn’t be emailing or even going on live chat if I wasn’t being genuine about this if you guys can’t resolve it i will be informing police and contacting my bank to investigate your website and resolve this if this isn’t sorted as soon as possible.
