The small first dose did not seem to work and I had no side effects, but I still had some cravings and was still hungry at times although I stuck to my diet and managed only 1 cookie! The other times, I fought off the hunger or if it was time, I had a piece of fruit or a non-fat yogurt. I called in and Kent was very responsive to me and said he could increase the dosage somewhat. He was helpful and listened and asked questions to verify.

Signing up with MyStart Health was so easy, user-friendly, and efficient. I usually find it hard to navigate within websites, but not so with MyStart. Professionals promptly called me by phone to explain and confirm my prescription and inform me on what to expect. Following completion of my first month's prescription, I received a second follow-up phone call from MyStart asking me how I was doing with the medication prescribed to me and that I would be receiving another follow-up call at the end of the second month's prescription. I was happy to report zero side effects, consistent weight loss, and ease administering the medication. I find the staff to be very caring, professional, and efficient. Home delivery of the medication arrived within a week of signing up with MyStart Health. My entire experience with MyStart is definitely to my satisfaction.

I can’t say enough great things about Tyrese who’s a customer service advisor for MyHealth. I’m 82, and spent many years in the medical field and sales so of course I checked reviews before going forward with the medication and the company. I did notice some emphasis on their lack of a BBB endorsement. This didn’t bother me at all as I recognized it as a frequent ploy by some competitors to undermine ethics of other companies.
No big deal to me. From the very first, I felt confident that this was a very professional company and I looked forward to my success.
Along the way I had to communicate with Tyrese several times due to a problem with multiple debit cards. He always picked up on the first couple of rings, no waiting on hold or an empty promise to call me back. Conversely, I’m sure there were times he could have been very annoyed with me for multiple times calling with another, new, debit card number. Tyrese was Always friendly, warm, and helpful plus patient. As clients we always have ready access to physicians if questions come up. Their response is very quick which is sincerely appreciated. I’ve lost 35# in 5 months which is good for one my age. If I had my choice I would have done this ages ago. I’m sorry I didn’t, but I’m glad I chose MyStart Health. I will mention that I have not received any compensation for this AAA+ review. Good luck on your weight loss journey.
