Been with MyState for several years

Been with MyState for several years. Their conditions to earn the bonus saver interest are easy to meet every month. A $20 deposit and five transactions with the transaction card. You are allowed to withdraw money and still earn the bonus interest. They now have a "Hello Saver" account with no special conditions to earn interest and I may change to that account.
Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is they charge a currency conversion fee for international purchases and their Osko limits are too low.
Overall, I have found MyState to be an excellent bank.

Easy to open savings account which has…

Easy to open savings account which has a good rate for a no hoops account. Transferring money in and out using app is fine. Had to contact support by phone and did not have to wait long to speak to local person who were very helpful. Recommend them.

Lose of money and time

I have been banking with many banks, and I have not seen anything like this yet. The bank makes money from complex processes and experiences and from the worse customer experience. The bank approach is self centric which is the opposite of what they advertise. I wish I was more aware.

If I could give this bank no stars I would. The worst customer service I have ever had the mis pleasure of experiencing. Totally useless at any point to help with anything. Avoid
