.SCAM SCAM SCAM STAY AWAY. Atm. I have seen an advert for 1 pound mystery shirts i have gone on the app and bought it and when i look at reciept it says ive paid for insurance and shipment. I am currently trying to get a refund but in the first place how does the website allow me to just buy the insurance and shipping but not the actual product. Please stay away.

I ordered two mystery football shirts, one for me and one for my friend's birthday gift. I get a Portuguese team in a lower league, however the shirt was beautiful and I will definitely wear it out. On the other hand, my friend received a fc Porto home kit shirt and she was really pleased and I was amazed aswell. As well as this, with a short notice, I asked mystershirt if they do any birthday specials like cards and they said no, but despite this they write a handwritten note with a birthday message which was very cool and kind of them. WOULD RECOMMEND, beautiful shirts, nice surprises and great service

They gave back the shipping fee, even though it was the shipping comapny who has the problem and not Mysteryshirt who couldn't do anything about it.

Full disclosure: I had previously written a negative review for Mystershirt for three issues. Firstly they sent me shirts that didn't meet the color criteria they had asked for. Secondly they sent me an Indian eSports shirt instead of a football shirt. Thirdly they were very rude via email in response to these issues, blaming me instead of taking responsibility for the mistakes. I left a bad review and then canceled my subscription.
Over a year later, out of the blue I received an email with an apology from the CEO and an offer of a free shirt to make up for the errors. It's been a long time since I've heard of a company willing to admit to their mistakes so long after the fact, so due to this I agreed to their offer. This time around I quickly received the shirt, and it matches my criteria perfectly.
I'm a believer in second chances, and admire any company that is willing to look at themselves, evaluate their weaknesses, and improve.
