After my initial negative experience, which honestly was quite messy and frustrating at the start, the team took the time to reach out and make things right. I really appreciate that effort.

They sent me another shirt, and this time the quality and value matched what you would expect from this kind of product.

That being said, I still believe items from the Indian league shouldn’t be part of the stock. Nothing against the league at all, but your value proposition is based on getting shirts that are typically around €100 for a much lower price. Including items that are worth only a few euros doesn’t really align with that.

Overall, I’m glad the situation was resolved and that you took responsibility. With young companies, mistakes can happen, but what matters is how you handle them, and in this case, you did make it right.

I previously had a negative experience with this company about eight months ago, which led me to leave a critical review at the time.

Recently, the CEO personally reached out to me, acknowledged the issue, and handled the situation in a very professional and respectful way. Despite the time that had passed, they took responsibility and made a genuine effort to resolve things properly.

I really appreciate when a company doesn’t ignore past feedback but instead follows up and takes action. That says a lot about how they value their customers.

Because of how they handled the situation afterward, I’m happy to update my review and can say that they stand behind their service.

It comes very Fast and I was so happy when it come. And I think for that Price it is a 10/10. I get a Club that Not everyone know but that was the suprise. Thank You

The product is nice overall, and staff is even nicer! The brand's concept makes the experience more engaging and creates a strong connection with the customers.

I ordered a "mystery shirt bag" for 30 EUR. At first I was a little scared, because the link for tracking the package (DHL) did not work, and I was additionally scared by the bad experiences of users here. But around the 8th day the link started working (in the meantime I also wrote to the support, who quickly replied and explained to me that the link for tracking the package sometimes does not work for a few days at the beginning) and then the package arrived in about three days (in total it traveled to Slovenia for about 12 days). I also took out insurance for the package. The jersey is of excellent quality and certainly looks like an original product of the club it belongs to, but I still hoped that it would be from a slightly more well-known team (namely, I received a jersey of a football club that plays in the second Cypriot football league).

Not only were these severely delayed but the products received are far from randomised receiving 2 from tier 4 Belgian league, 2 from 2nd tier Argentina and the last one from a club explicitly said to exclude. This has been a ridiculous experience, I really should have explored the reviews more thoroughly - BUYER BEWARE!!

Update: They responded days ago they would reach out on this review as well as on a previous review - they DO NOT reach out to resolve whatsoever. Unbelievably shady behaviour responding like this, absolute lies!

The reason I’m giving two star at the moment is that I currently ordered a mystery jersey in a bag going on about two weeks ago and it has still not come and according to the tracking it’s still in the Netherlands I just want to know why it’s taking so long for a jersey in a bag to get to me

Very disappointing customer experience.

I received the wrong jersey size (L instead of XXL) and contacted support immediately. What should have been a simple exchange turned into a process that took several weeks.

Despite multiple emails, follow-ups, and even reaching out via different channels (including LinkedIn), I either received no response or only very delayed replies. I also clearly pointed out from the beginning that the email address on the order was incorrect and asked for it to be updated — this was ignored, which caused further delays as important information (like the return label) was sent to the wrong address.

Only after escalating the issue and contacting management directly did I finally receive a response and the return label.

Overall, extremely slow support, poor communication, and a frustrating experience for what should have been a straightforward issue.

Would not recommend based on this experience.

I am extremely disappointed with this company.
I have already sent THREE emails regarding my order, and no one has replied to me. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable.
I have no idea what is happening with my order. It has not progressed, and I am starting to believe it may be lost.
What makes this even worse is that I paid for fast/priority shipping, expecting my order to be dispatched the same day. Instead, after all this time, I have received absolutely nothing.
Additionally, the tracking number I was provided does not work at all. It appears to be invalid, which makes the situation even more concerning and unprofessional.
No updates, no communication, no accountability.
This is very frustrating and unacceptable. I expect an immediate response and a clear update on my order.
I would not recommend this store based on my experience.

I accidentally ordered an additional shirt by mistake. The customer service responded within minutes and refunded me straight away. Very impressed overall.
