If I could give this business a ZERO I would. This is the worst, counterfeit, garbage of a fake jersey I have ever received. DO NOT expect a REAL kit from them! Fair warning to all

Placed an order for a christmas present and requested not to recieve a uk team.
I was sent a UK league one shirt that had no tags or sponsor, poor material that was creased and looked used.
Sent it straight back and recieved £29 from an order of £35.99. I questioned this via emails and online chat but they won't respond. This was their mistake not mine...avoid if your looking for quality shirts, I used another company (mystery BOXD) and they were far superior in quality and team shirts sent. Not happy !!

I ordered 2 jerseys on December 6th. Dpd received the order but not the parcel on December 19th. And there has been no updates since. I have sent 5 emails to the company asking for updates and didn’t get one response from them. I have since contacted my bank for a chargeback and am in contact with consumer rights as a follow up. I ordered mystery shirts last Xmas from a different company and I genuinely thought I was using the same company again but obviously not as these are just scammers.!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are very misleading. If you visit their website, they feature all these great looking jerseys with patches, sponsor logos, etc.. What you'll receive is the exact opposite.

My most recent order, I took advantage of a buy 2, get 1 free. Took 3 weeks to receive but upon inspection, I was incredibly disappointed. The quality of the jerseys is terrible. The logos are printed within the fabric/material and the football jersey I received had no sponsors and patches - I like the kits that have multiple sponsors on them; and I also specifically requested this. It's like they receive jerseys that cannot be sold in stores and market them as a "surprise". The 3 jerseys I received do not even equal the £89 x 2 I paid. Heck, the 3 don't even value at £25!
What's even worst is I sent 2 emails to complain and they don't even reply - waste of time. If you're interested in a mystery jersey, look somewhere else!

First order took 30 days to receive with multiple excuses made on why shipping was delayed. Figured I'll do a 3 month subscription and see how the next order went. Card was charged and now a month later, I still have received nothing except for the same sad excuses as last time. I would not order from them and if you do and they don't ship please report them.

Absolute disgrace of a so called company. Set up a subscription, 2 out of 4 were late by over 20 days. On the 5th order they cancelled my subscription so they didn’t have to give away an extra shirt! E mailed and sent dozens of messages and never got a response from an actual human just some cheap automated response. Every shirt I received was an away top from the 22/23 season so costs less than the price of the subscription!

It pains me to write this review because I liked the idea behind the business and was rooting for them. Alas it has been a most terrible consumer experience. No transparency as to the price per jersey (the price of the second Jersey went up by 70% to $104, a charge without any delivery for 1.5 months, multiple attempts to contact customer service were futile until I involved my credit card company, and buckets of excuses and even an attempt to avoid a refund for the undelivered item (not sure if they will keep pushing for this). What a shame.

If you're seeing this and were thinking about subscribing to Mystery Shirts in a Box - DON'T. It's a scam.

As a group, we decided to order a shirt and unbox it together. We saw that they were giving 40% off your first box, so we decided to get 1 month and cancel if we don't like what we get. Not only do they force you to pay for a second month, they charge you *full price* for the second month. We unbox our jerseys to find that 1/3 of the shirts are the same from some obscure Venezuelan team none of us have heard of. Speaking of, not one of the 10 shirts we got was from a recognizable team. Imagine spending $160 split between two soccer jerseys - both low quality.

Oh, and need help with your order? They don't respond to emails. If you're a customer interested in a mystery jersey, send your friend $50 and let them surprise you lol.

DO NOT ORDER!!!! My order took 6 weeks to arrive and the jersey was extremely cheap.everything including the badge was screen printed. Beyond the terrible experience with the jersey they make it very difficult to cancel your subscription. Also in order to return I have to pay for the postage to send the jersey from the US to Belfast. I hated this experience so much that I’m willing to lose part of my refund to wipe my hands clean of this shitty company.

I really liked the idea of the Mystery Shirt In A Box and my first order actually arrived quickly, but the sizing was completely off. I exchanged it, which took about four weeks, but the replacement was nice enough that I accepted the delay.

Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. My next order arrived around three weeks late, so I sized up to be safe — but it turned out absolutely massive, like a tent. I didn’t want to deal with another drawn-out return, so I just kept it.

The following month the delivery was again late by about two weeks, and once again the shirt was huge. I tried on my lad’s shirt in the size below and that one was far too small, so there seems to be no consistency at all with their sizing.

What really made me suspicious was that the last two shirts were the exact same cheap brand — not Adidas, Nike or Umbro like you’d hope — and getting the same low-quality make two months running made me feel like I was being ripped off. Now I’m left with two tops I can’t wear because of the terrible sizing.

I’ve cancelled my subscription and moved on to another provider. I still like the idea of mystery shirts, so I’m willing to give another company a chance, but sadly this one let me down.

I wouldn’t even give this company one star if I didn’t have to. I’m extremely disappointed and have now been waiting two months for a refund. No one replies to my emails—it’s completely unprofessional, unacceptable, and incredibly frustrating.

I ordered a T-shirt as a birthday present for my partner, specifically choosing this company because they promised 3–5 day delivery. Instead, it arrived after two weeks, which already ruined the surprise. Unfortunately, that was only the beginning.

The T-shirt didn’t fit because it was much smaller than the stated size, and it didn’t even have a size label printed on it. I requested a replacement, and the next one they sent arrived with a stain on it. How does that even happen? I returned it immediately and have been waiting for my refund ever since.

Two months later, after multiple emails that have gone completely ignored, I still have nothing. There are plenty of reputable companies that deliver quality products on time and actually value their customers—this is not one of them.

I will get my money back, one way or another, but I strongly recommend staying away if you don’t want to end up disappointed and frustrated. What an absolute joke of a company.

Do not under any circumstances purchase anything from this site. You’ll most likely receive a shirt that’s 3 or 4 years old, same shirts you could buy elsewhere for half the price. They promise quick delivery but can’t even manage that.
I cancelled my subscription after my second shirt payment was taken. No surprise the 2nd shirt hasn’t arrived. Then a 5-7 day delay email was received immediately after payment was taken. It’s now been literally two weeks. No shirt and guess what no refund either.
Funnily enough there has also been zero responses to the emails I’ve sent repeatedly asking for a refund. An absolutely disgusting fraud of a site. Steer well clear.

Don't bother to buy from this company as for right now. They are spending most of their time on marketing and not enough time on updating there customers or packing the jerseys. They need to hire more people or slow down on the marketing. I ordered 3 jerseys and waited and waited. No updates on why I didn't receive in there 3-5 working days. I forgot about it until 2/3 weeks later I emailed and said they didn't have 1 of the jerseys in stock. So I asked for a full refund and magically they had it the next day. I found a better company that gives items in time they say.

Avoid, they don’t answer emails. Had nothing but trouble with my order. Waste of £40.

Don't do it! Save yourself the hassle.. you will be waiting weeks without any update on your order you won't get a reply if you question the status of your order then if you have any issues they will be of no help you may be lucky enough to receive a response which seems like something they do to buy time and pawn you off hoping you will forget about it. Chased 2 month for a refund only when I had taken legal action did I get an acknowledgement of my many emails and even at that it was so unprofessional telling me they are just so busy emailing me like I was a mate spilling his problems to me and replying as if I was inconveniencing him by having to chase my own refund! Wild carry on! Look if you want to risk it believe the reviews and know that it is exactly that a risk and you more than likely have just said goodbye to the money for good unless your lucky and they decide to refund you judging by many reviews and comments I've seen that's rare they seem to have only gotten worse!

I loved the concept of this,
The shirt took a while to come, but it was fun, we got an Egyptian club shirt.
Unfortunately the badge peeled off and despite reaching out for a straight swap on different channels there’s been no reply.
