Excellent company
I ordered the Tenuto 2 and quickly realized that it was not going to work for me. I didn't even try using the item. I won't go into the reasons now but it had nothing to do with the quality of the product. So I contacted MysteryVibe at the email address on their site and received a response from them within 2-3 hours. Kriz was very professional and understanding and suggested I try one of their other products using a store credit or if I did not want to do that, offered a full refund. I reviewed their other products and had some interest in two of them but ultimately decided to pass and try another ED product I had been looking at. Within and hour I had confirmation directly from PayPal that the credit for the full purchase price was being processed and would be credited to my card in 2-3 days. This is a reputable company producing, as far as I could tell, quality products. If you have an interest, don't hesitate trying their products.

I purchased the Tenuto Mini and was pleased with the device yet, unfortunately it failed to hold a charge after 1 week. I contacted Customer Service and worked with Krizia from MysteryVibe. Krizia was fantastic!! Without hesitation Krizia processed a refund in the amount of my purchase. I’m sure that my issue with the Tenuto Mini was a one off minor defect and I intend to purchase another product from MysteryVibe. From my experience I believe you can trust MysteryVibe to deliver First Class customer service. Also, it’s worth pointing out that the Tenuto Mini I purchased was of high quality materials and construction. I will not let the minor hiccup I experienced cloud my desire to purchase another product from MysteryVibe.

After being diagnosed with prostate cancer and enduring radiation, I was afraid my sex life would be over, however I found MysteryVibe and I now have renewed vigor. I ordered one of their personal intimacy products thinking it would be perfect for my issues. Unfortunately, when I opened the box I realized it wouldn’t work. Even though I never used the product, I inquired about a refund.
Most personal intimacy products do not offer refunds due to the very nature of the product. However, they had a 30 day product guarantee and they offered me several options to remedy the situation. They quickly resolved my issue.
I was really impressed with the personal and professional nature of their customer service. My issue was resolved quickly. I will definitely consider them for a future purchase.
I Purchased a Poco in June 2024
I received the shipment very quickly and the packaging/boxing was excellent. Due to personal health issues I was disappointed to discover I'm not able to use the product. I wrote MysteryVibe about my problem and my email was answered within 24 hours. This company's customer service was fantastic --- Quick response, immediate resolution of my issue, and courteous as well. Some of the BEST Customer Service EVER. I noticed a couple of errors/questions on their website and sent them an email describing them. Almost immediately they returned an email responding to my concerns thanking me for pointing them out and even gave me a code for a free remote for my trouble. I like doing business with a company that does business this way.

It pleases me to be able to write this review. I had a personal issue with a item which seemed really well made and a quality product. This personal issue prevented me from using the product. I contacted customer service and a very nice person Kriz read my email, advised me of the company position, but considered my personal issues and issued a full refund. That is not something you see today, a good customer service department and nice people involved in it. If my personal issue is resolved, I will be back and purchase some items knowing that I am getting a high quality product. Good customer service goes a long way and this was a job well done. thank you

The product I purchased did not work for me, to my chagrin. But the customer service was top notch. Despite the fact that the product is a personal care item that cannot be returned, MysteryVibe issued a full refund. If another product from this company piques my interest later on down the line, I would not hesitate to make a purchase.

I bought a product that did not work for us, and Kriz over at MysteryVibe did an amazing job of giving directions on how to use it properly, and then if that still didn't work, which, unfortunately it didn't, she gave us store credit to purchase another product. The service was fast, this was done in an hour, and she was very kind and helpful. I'd 100% buy and support this company again.

I have no seen the product yet... Unfortunately I received the wrong box and only got a rechargeable battery, but after contacting MysteryVibe without hesitation they have packaged and shipped my order hoping to see it next week. I do not know how well the product works I can only assume at this price point it is quality. The customer service department is above and beyond good to work with and I highly recommend contacting them with any issues.
Remote Booooo!
Tenuto 2 is alright. I'm not skinny so it's rigid right angle design is a bit of a pain sometimes, but it works great. My only complaint is the universal remote. It's terrible. You have to pair it every time you turn on any device and it shuts off after like 1 minute. Then you have to turn it on, pair it (clunky) and then don't get comfy longer than a minute (or w/e the time out is) , otherwise it shuts off. The app is a pain when I am home alone surfing porn. Kinda takes away from the moment to have to switch apps to change the setting.
