Ordered meth blue.
Took weeks to come, when it came it was labelled incorrectly and was a clear liquid.
Complained and sent picture proof, they said they'd replace, never have.
SCAM!!! Stay away from these con men.

No response no product. Nothing pure scam how are they still operating?

It’s far from legit. Blatant scam. Shilajit, fulla 💩

So far looks like a scam. Orders several of the product to take advantage of the discount. It has now been a month. They are very slow to respond to emails. Said there was a shortage but why didn’t they say that when I ordered.
Lots of excuses now promised to send it out and still nothing. Tracking number provided goes to the SHOP app which does not show anything. Looks like it’s from China which was not explained when I ordered. Do not fall for their scam🤬

Ordered May 1, 2025 to take advantage of the shipping offers. May 14 came, no order received. Contacted and they replied with promises to look into the order on May 15. May 23, still nothing. Have reported this company to FTC.

As someone with a background in nutrition, I'm very particular about supplement quality. Mystic Heals Shilajit exceeds my expectations - the resin has perfect consistency, dissolves completely, and has the complex mineral profile you'd expect from authentic Shilajit. I've noticed significant improvements in my energy, skin health, and immune function since starting it.

My first order came as it was supposed to and I enjoyed using it. When I re-ordered they charged me but the product never arrived, they claim it was delivered, but there's no photos from the shipper showing where it was left. They then stopped returning my emails. Did not give me a refund or replace the missing product. It's unfortunate because I did like the product, but now I can never do business with them again and I caution others that if you have an issue, they will not handle it. Terrible customer service..

FAKE PRODUCT not even similar to Mumio ! Not possible to request return for refund as they block my login and never reply to emails! Scam

I do not believe this is shilajit resin and this product gave me blood clots which i later found out was parasite egg sacks this crap is unregulated and full of toxic parasites

The shillajit i recently received taste like it was made with sugar, not like the first. The promotion indicated I should receive some extra bottles of sea moss supplements and gummies. The promotion was not respected. I plan on getting this lab tested and will post everything

I ordered back in Nov 2024, It Looks like my order was in Chicago as of January 18, 2025 I have yet to receive it. I sent another email 04/09/2025 and now they say it was delivered on 3/20/2025. No ordered number no carrier information nothing. I went so far and bought the shipping protection, nothing more money I out.

The company never ever responds. I have emailed numerous times to cancel the order even before it has been sent but no answer ever. I have just read the reviews here and cannot beleive i didn't review before hand. Do not order from this website. No reply. No products..no communication.

Terrible customer service I have messaged numerous times and they don’t even message back. Waste of time avoid at all costs one big scam. I also got the insurance another scam for more money out of you. Tracking number they provided does not even exist. Please please don’t waste your money with these people they should be shut down.

I ordered Jan 13 I emailed company 21 times n nobody can answer where pkg is. Tracking # shows still in their warehouse. Order from a different company!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased 3 containers of the Mystic Shilajit resin. I have not been able to use on a regular basis. It makes me sick. It may have even given me some blood clots. I suspect a septic, unhealthy and perhaps germ filled product. In any event, I would like to return the two unopened containers for a refund. I tried to work with them, The company's policy is that if your contact them after 30 days, they will not support, refund or otherwise help you. This is Total Tyrannical Rubbish. NEVER PURCHASE OR BUY THIS SCAM PRODUCT FROM THIS IRRESPONSIBLE FIRM. The FDA should regulate these "Health Supplements".

I ordered 3 months ago still hasn’t arrived and I email them they reply with the same thing every time about chase uo the courier even In thr email which I say I want a refund they said just contact the courier as the item has been shipped but it’s bullshit dont buy from them bullshit brand and company super disappointed i wanted these shilajit gummies so badly

The company lost my package (a large order) and will now not reply to any emails or communicate at all. Not happy!

After 7 months I still don't received the product I ordered In July 2024 (around 60$) and no refund. I ask them thousands times but never answered... Sending mail to customer service is a waist of time.
