Ordered on 10th December for a birthday on 16th knew it might be tight but that's ok as I could use them as a Christmas present it's Christmas Eve still no boots only had tracking confirmation yesterday and they won't be delivered until 27th . Dishonest scam artists. Ordered a dress, it didn't fit. Followed their return policy and they started off by offering me certain percentages that they were willing to refund, before totally ghosting me. Had to get my bank involved and the money finally got fully refunded. A shame as the clothes are nice but the business model and the ethics behind it is a sham.

For anyone who is not aware. When these scumbags rip you off, you can inform your card provider, it doesn't matter if it's a credit or debit card, and they will pursue them and get your money back. Don't let them get away with it!
I don't need help! After many emails asking for a refund and being told I must pay return postage to China, I told my bank and they forced a refund even though Mystique staff kept saying no. Debit Card comes with a lot of the same benefits as credit cards.
