Popped in today to look at internal and external porcelain tiles and had a really great experience. Anya was really helpful and made everything easy and enjoyable. The showroom is great, and the customer service is outstanding.

We visited Quorn Stone in Harrogate and were welcomed by a very friendly and enthusiastic sales representative named Pippa. From our very first, somewhat mind-boggling experience of trying to navigate the different tile types, sizes, and colours, Pippa provided fantastic service.

She took the time to sit down with us and even went through our architect’s drawings to fully understand the scale and requirements of our project. Pippa always did exactly what she said she would do — which is more than can be said for several other companies we visited — ensuring that all relevant follow-up correspondence, project ideas, and samples were emailed or posted within just a couple of days.

After several trips back to the showroom and many changes of mind on our part, Pippa continued to help us navigate the options and ultimately choose the perfect tiles. We cannot recommend the showroom and staff highly enough. Even when Pippa was off, the rest of the showroom team could not do enough to help us.

We would not hesitate to recommend Quorn Stone and the Harrogate showroom to anyone looking for a high quality product and service.

We had an issue with tiles from another supplier and required replacement urgently which landed on a product from Quorn Stone. Whilst initially dissapointed that express delivery could not be made as advertised (2 days if ordered by midday) it was explained this was due to the bank holiday and Rebbeca was extremely helpful in securing us collection to still meet our schedule, which couldn't have gone smoithet with the pallet of tiles ready and wrapped up for collection on arrival by our carrier.

I thoroughly recommend visiting Quorn Stone showrooms, the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. Nothing is too much trouble - a real pleasure to visit.

Liam was absolutely fabulous from start to finish! He emailed regularly to check in and even honoured the 10% discount that we had missed by one day (our fault completely). He is an asset to the company and we are so happy with our experience.

I first visited the Solihull showroom and was helped by Natasha who was courteous, efficient but never pushy. I then ordered over the phone: Ibrahim was extremely helpful and even managed to point me towards a very good deal. I can highly recommend both the quality of the product and the professionalism of the staff.

Rebecca at head office was very informative about different tile options and helping me choose from their vast selection. Having tile samples sent out is great and a visit to Harrogate showroom was well worth the trip. Would highly recommend them.

We had all the help and advice we needed during the choosing process and ample samples sent out to us without delay. Jasmine & Ezgi were friendly and helpful and the ordering process and delivery were both easy and rapid. The product was good quality and just as expected.

The red marble tiles I ordered had lots of small chips round the edges - which are now really visible once they have been tiled with the recommended grout.
I should have ordered from Mandarin Stone.

This showroom has a really big display of samples. Having decided on a Quorn floor for our new extension with the help of the super talented Quorn team at Solihill, Amanda spent a lot of time with me looking at colour combos and ideas for wall tiles. I’m feeling much more in control of the project and am looking forward to seeing it all come to life.

I visited the beautiful Bury St Edmunds showroom and was assisted by Anya who was super helpful, knowledgeable on the tiles and she even made me a delicious coffee while I took some time to look around their showroom! They have a great selection of tiles on show, all tiled in larger areas so you can really get a feel for how they might look in your home. Anya followed up with me quickly on a quote and has been super helpful with the lead up to our purchase. Thank you again! :)

Had a very good experience at the Suffolk showroom. Very knowledgeable and helpful member of staff, Ben, looked after us and was able to answer all our questions. Good selection of flooring and wall tiles and it was really helpful being able to take away samples on the day.

Visited the amazing Bury St Edmunds store and it surpassed my expectations. They have a carefully curated set of products that all blend and work well together which just makes the customer's life so much easier - I would normally walk into a tile store and feel overwhelmed by the different options - Quorn Stone have already done all of the hard work in sourcing some beautiful products. The lovely Cheryl was on hand to offer help and advice, totally brilliant she was patient with my back and forth and really helped not only in the store but afterwards with a follow-up email with pictures and products links - highly recommend this company - amazing

So easy to buy either via website and over the phone . I went to Essex showroom and was blown away with the selection and presentation of the showroom itself . Seeing the tiles made a huge difference and I got free samples in a lovely bag too. Everywhere else I visited charged for samples . The quality of tiles through to staff on phones and in person were amazing . Great work especially to Arenz who helped me immensely on the phone . Can’t wait to see my finished project .
