This year marks a truly special milestone for all of us at Quorn Stone. As the second generation to lead our family business, we are incredibly proud to be celebrating 30 years. Our journey began in 1995 with a handful of hand-painted terracotta tiles from Manises, Spain. Small in size, but full of charm, they sparked a lifelong passion for natural materials that has inspired us ever since. Three decades on, our belief remains unchanged: that the right materials, thoughtfully chosen, can make a house feel like home. While we’ve grown over the years, our dedication has remained constant: to source timeless tiles and deliver exceptional service, backed by the expertise that comes from 30 years in the industry. Working closely with trusted suppliers around the world, we bring together an extensive collection of natural stone and porcelain tiles - pieces with character, made to last, and designed to be lived with for years to come. Browse our tiles online or visit one of our inspirational tile showrooms, located in Leicestershire, Surrey, Hertfordshire, Bury St Edmunds, Bristol, Solihull, Harrogate, Winchester and Essex.

It is so refreshing to place an order with a company for the first time and to find the person on the other end of the phone line not only to be extremely helpful and knowledgable but also delightful to talk to.
Kaydee is one of those rare people - and she is a great ambassador for Quorn Stone.

We recently visited the Leicestershire showroom in Quorn to check out the Sorrento limestone tiles in person. We had a lovely coffee upon arrival and took our time looking at all the tiles. Ezgi has been fantastic throughout, answering all my annoying questions. Will definitely be recommending to anyone looking for natural stone tiles!

Our recent visit to the Quorn Stone showroom was very useful. It was good to actually see and feel the tiles themselves and Rhianna was extremely helpful and informative. Would highly recommend a visit.

We ordered quite a lot of tiles. They are lovely but the delivery experience was terrible. We are doing a lot of works in the house at the moment, and have had a lot of deliveries, and this was the worst delivery so far. Came a day late, without notice. The delivery driver was plain rude, swearing at the builders. We had to take the tiles out of the lorry ourselves.
Quorn Stone customer service was very good, and refunded the delivery but unfortunately, due to this terrible experience, we will not consider this company again.

I visited Quorn stone today having viewed some flooring items on their website.
On entering the Quorn stone showroom at Bury St Edmunds I was warmly welcome by staff member Mary who signposted me to product areas in which I had expressed an interest along with useful product information. Mary then gave me space to browse and made a superb cup of tea with a biscuit which was most welcome. The lay out of teh showroom was thoughtful and most helpful and conveyed the sense of apparent quality of the products available. In addition there were resources to support and enhance any style ideas, i.e paint charts, books etc.
Mary provided a number of samples and offered her product and style insights to guide and support my choices in developing project ideas.
Mary offered to follow up with an email of items and prices of products I had shown interest with no pressure for me to be in touch should I wish for a detailed quote.
I would definitely recommend a visit to the showroom to view the products on offer and benefit from the hospitality, space to browse parallel to the expert advise on hand.
An invaluable trip for me today- many many thanks.

We first ordered from Quorn at the beginning of a long house renovation journey in 2023. After visiting their Surrey showroom we were impressed by the product quality, the knowledge and friendliness of the staff. The sales staff we dealt with over the course of two subsequent orders were professional, helpful and supportive and very desirous that we continue the relationship throughout the whole rennovation. They assured us the product would remain in stock for the duration of our project and that a cumulative quantity discount would apply over the life of our project. Unfortunately latter interactions with Quorn stone weren't in the same vein. They have refuted the promised quantity discount (and that particular sales person no longer works there). They seem to offer a permanent "discounted price" on the website listing they will not add a quantity discount to, despite assuring us of the opposite when we started this process with them. Now, this effectively means you don't get a discount for purchasing in quantity at all... It's just a tricky, underhanded sales tactic. To add insult to injury, the salesperson quoting us for our final installment of tiles this month, first quoted us fir indoor tiles when we clearly asked for outdoor tiles and then tried to charge us a higher delivery charge than that offered on the website. In the end we just ordered online cutting out the Surrey store entirely. Obviously the sales staff no longer receive commission or we feel this person would have been a bit more attentive. Or perhaps they have so much business they simply don't care? Overall what started out as a very personalised, supportive service ended up feeling like a standard commercial transaction designed to trick you into believing you're getting a discount/ value for money when you actually aren't. It feels shoddy and underhanded and it's a great shame they now operate like this given the beauty and quality of the product they offer and our initial positive experience. I don't recommend businesses that operate like this. Take your hard earned cash somewhere else, especially if you are rennovators purchasing a whole house worth of product as we did (and will do again, just not from these guys). For our next project of this magnitude I will definitely look elsewhere. There's no shortage of competition.

I was looked after by Sam and Greg at the Solihul store. They managed to get me the stock I needed which was in short supply which was fantastic. Thanks both!

I rang Quorn stone with an enquiry about a suitable stone for my floor. I spoke to Jasmine and she was most helpful and knowledgeable about what was suitable for my needs

I visited the Quorn Stone Hertfordshire showroom for my bathroom and cloakroom tiles, and it was a fantastic experience. The showroom is genuinely beautiful and they’re open on Sundays!
We were assisted by Tom (Thomas Fendick). He was friendly, patient, and quickly understood what we were looking for. He showed us some great options, and we ended up making a decision almost instantly. Within two days, everything was confirmed, and the process from quote to payment was smooth. It was easily the simplest part of our renovation.
You may find cheaper tiles online, but seeing them in person and getting expert advice makes all the difference. I highly recommend Quorn Stone - our tiles look amazing and are a real highlight in our home!
