Very pleased with the whole experience
The process was so simple, from personalization, (Name, hair color, skin tone..) to placing the order, to receiving the order. And I was very pleased with the finished product!! I ordered 2 books, 1 for each of my grandsons and they absolutely love them!

I didn’t realise when I ordered on line…
I didn’t realise when I ordered on line that in my payment profile it had my own address. I wanted the book to go to Toronto not Perth. I wrote an email straight away. Im not sure I got absolute confirmation that the book was going to be redirected but when I rang to wish my granddaughter a happy birthday and explained I’d have to give it to her later in the year she had received it. It was delivered to Toronto just in time for her birthdsy.

Great quality books
