Horrible customer service, product, and shipping
I never write reviews but this was such a horrible experience. I paid express shipping for a product. It was processing for over 3 weeks without an expected day of delivery. I reached out to the company using their contact page, someone by the name of Antoni responded without an expected date of delivery. I followed up as I paid express shipping and this was meant to be a gift, and the person’s birthday had already passed by this time. I followed up 4 times over the 3.5 week period for a cancellation and a refund and they never got back to me. They ignored my emails and multiple requests for a cancellation and a refund. I received the item almost 4 weeks later when I no longer need it and bonus- it’s such bad quality. They still won’t respond to my emails. They are operating from China without proper customer service. Fraud. Not worth the money, customer service or express shipping. Avoid at all costs!
