I tfelt less like tutoring and more like unlocking hidden parts of my brain. The way the tutor guided me through complex topics was smooth, almost effortless. I didn't just get better grades.

I was nervous first time, but tutor was very friendly and helpful. We go over difficult topics and she explain in a way I understand. My speaking and understanding better now. I feel more sure about my answers in class and less afraid to ask questions.

Starting university abroad was tough with the language barrier. MySuperGeek made things easier, great tutor, clear explanations, and now I feel confident in class.

My tutor knew the subject inside out and asked questions that made me think differently. Not just surface-level learning. I actually started looking forward to our sessions. That says a lot, considering how stressed I used to be.

I’m a disabled veteran, and I’m writing this review to warn anyone thinking about using MySuperGeek: do not waste your time, money, or sanity.

I reached out for a simple academic support task. What I got was two weeks of lies, gaslighting, and outright disrespect. I made multiple formal requests to cancel my order well before work began — only to be told days later that the writer had suddenly “completed” the task (which I had already done myself because they left me hanging). They then tried to force me to release 30% payment for work that was neither requested nor delivered on time, and claimed that was the “only solution.”

What’s worse? I was threatened. They said if I pursued a chargeback, they would publish my assignment online — a disgusting, coercive move that’s unethical and likely illegal. That’s how they treat a paying customer. That’s how they treat a veteran.

Their so-called “support” system is a joke — you’ll get 4-5 different people emailing you from the same account, all contradicting each other. One minute your order is canceled, the next minute it’s complete, and suddenly you’re “obligated” to pay for work they were explicitly told not to start.

They don’t care about integrity, deadlines, or customers. They care about getting paid — even if it means faking progress, ignoring refund requests, and bullying you after the fact.

I’ve reported them to my bank, and I’ve also filed complaints with the Federal Trade Commission, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and the Virginia Attorney General’s Office. I urge anyone else burned by this company to do the same.

MySuperGeek, if you’re reading this: you should be ashamed. Not just for your shady practices — but for thinking you could intimidate the wrong person and get away with it.

great website to work it. I don't know what i would have done without their help. Single mother with 2 jobs ,its hard to do all the work ,with their help i can actually complete a quality work on time. Thanks for all you do.

My Super Geek is just that. Their name says it all. These individuals get the job done, even a last minute assignment. They have been my go to without issue.

This website is awesome. Agent Bishop was very nice to walk me thru the process. He gave me good advice how to pick my option form my paper. I definitely recommend this service.
