Delivery company that doesn't know logistics

Would give them zero stars if I could. I'm so furious..
Got a text 7:55am saying it will be delivered 12 to 1pm that day. I left early to be here. And then I received a text saying there has been an attempted delivery, at 9:00am. And now I have to wait 24 hours and then go get it myself. While missing giving the gift on the actual birthday when it was meant to be here.

They are a delivery company that's supposed to work out the logistics of where to be, at what time and what distances to travel. Now I have to take my time off the next day to collect something that I have paid for to be here.

My husband ordered a product one month…

My husband ordered a product one month before Christmas through JB Hi-Fi, and it was expected to be delivered by the 22nd December, but it still hasn't arrived or shown any progress on the Myteamge site. My husband has tried calling multiple times, and it is all automated, with no help provided. The product is worth over $2000.

Not even one star

Not even one star! I ordered a kids birthday present from Myer, who are refusing my review of the product based on me not receiving it due to their choice of courier! As others have said, my parcel is held up for no apparent reason. They have ‘attempted’ to deliver twice, now tracking says it’s back at the depot and they will update me. Been waiting two days for an update….i worked from home on the two days it said out for delivery, where there was no said attempt. Thank you Myer for using an incompetent courier where it’s likely my daughter won’t receive her birthday present which was ordered nearly 3 weeks ago.

Unreliable service, NOT RECOMMENDED

I'm expecting a parcel from ASOS, delivered by MyTeamGE, terrible service. The tracking provided in unreliable. My parcel was supposed to be delivered yesterday. It was supposed to be an express service but that is now just an after thought. They keep on updating the delivery date and keep on not delivering it. I feel so stupid for having paid for ASOS PREMIER. Parcels should be delivered with in 4 to 5 days but it is now delivered when it suits them. Last time I made the mistake of placing 2 orders a few days apart, just to watch the parcel to be held back, so they could deliver them together and save themselves on delivery costs. I learnt my lesson. I'll stop buying from ASOS so I won't suffer with late deliveries. Thankfully I have paid for it via PayPal. It is impossible to reach this company and ASOS via phone or via chat, so my only hope is now to get a refund with PayPal.
Save yourself a headache and avoid doing business with ASOS and MyTeamGE.
Cheap merchandise is not worth the trouble. Buy local, in Australia.

Team Global Express

I have two shipments sent 3 days apart and both have apparently been 'held up in transit', one for a week, due to some non-specific 'incident'. Their customer service is terrible, just chat bots that want to know everything except what color undies you're wearing and then tell you nothing more than what's on the tracking. I waited on hold for their online chat thing for about 20 minutes, then because I was distracted & didn't reply within 4 minutes it automatically terminated the connection. They must be cheap, I can't think of any other reason businesses would use such an unreliable freight company.
