very satisfied. i purchased 3 ThunderCats ULTIMATES! figures. they were found only in this online store, nowhere else because they are gererally out of stock. So i liked the fact that i can always come back and purchase articles difficult to find. The shipping time was amazing also, as well the packaging. meticulously wrapped. The shipping cost was quite expensinve. I paid 27something euros. I believe than the company can do better on this matter.

so i heard about this site in my
group and figured id check it out. bought dodoria and zarbon for essentially 200 bucks together with their 10% off discount. great deal. came in a couple days was wowed.
ended up getting some more money and figured id check and see what other goodies i could find. i wanted to get the new frieza but it was 10 euros under the discount. so i figured id spend abit more then i was going to and buy the namek krillen and gohan. which was around 110-115. which put my new order at 200 euros (300 dollars).
i put my order through and waited but it didn’t ship, so i reached out and asked how if i had to wait for them all together, as both krillen and gohan are close to out and frieza isnt out till may. i was given the proper information and all, and told if they split it they would be out money. in my mind i did spend the money but was hoping they could help me out as a the frieza was literally 10 euros off from hitting the mark. and after spending 300 i felt it wasnt a huge ask ( does it really take that much man power to put a label on something) so i said look im a new customer, if i walk away unhappy itll cost you more anyway because i wont buy again, but if i walk away happy youll get repeat business and i good review. they wouldnt budge so i said fine guess we cant do this then.

after talking to them i was kinda unhappy with that and i went to find my receipt to confirm what i spent and i found an email from them asking how satisfied i was.
probably the wrong time to see that as i gave them 1 star and just said the customer service was condescending. i mean they werent condescending (poor choice of words). but i definitely didnt walk out of there feeling like i mattered.

i then get a response from the company saying im a liar, posting a conversation with personal information in it (full name, email address) and just called me a bully.

i was honesty just looking for middle ground, and i got nuked.

i sent a rebuttal as now i was pissed right off, i cant remember what i wrote but i cant imagine it was very nice, and they banned my account calling me a liar again. they then flagged my review to have it removed.

so now im here. and posting in groups, cause the way this was handled was garbage

so now were both claiming moral high ground. they think they are in the right because they sent me the rules. i think im right because they would rather spend alot of money and time to say no to something that would cost them a little time and money.
they would rather mock an unimpressed customer then help. ( when they say service with a smile, it means they are more then happy to tell you to go away when you dont like what they have to say)

in the end i lost my toys, they lost business no one walked away happy, all over an order being split in 2

i reordered due to the fact it was sold out elsewhere and they were the only ones that werent selling at ebay prices.
dont confuse supply with quality of service. they also have not refunded my money, so if they want to preach about honesty.
