I ordered the Hephaestus ring expecting high-quality craftsmanship, but what I received was disappointing. The outer Damascus metal is thin and appears to be laser-etched rather than authentically forged. The wooden interior is also much thinner than I anticipated, making the overall construction feel subpar. I reached out to the company for a resolution, but they have not responded to my email. Additionally, they do not have a return policy—likely because many customers would send their products back. I own similar rings from other online retailers, all of which have been significantly better in quality. If I had seen this ring in person before purchasing, I wouldn't have bought it.

I got a different ring than what I ordered and emailed their customer service. It has been 9 days with no answer. I ended up messaging the company on Facebook. They answered almost immediately and settled everything!

quality product, nice looking

I ordered 2 rings for me and my fiancé with engraving. I realized as I put the order through that I had made a small typo on the engraving. I immediately emailed customer service and was told it would be no problem they would correct it. I received the rings with the typo and have emailed customer service twice and reached out through the support part of their website with no response for almost a week now

I am still waiting on my dragonite ring to come as I got the wrong one. Customer service has been great keeping me updated on that order. I did however get my ragnorok ring and my husband loves it he has wore it everyday even to work. Very well made this is my new store to shop for sure

Rings themselves are nice, however, upon receiving them - advised the company that the sizing was incorrect, and their solution is to charge me $20/ring to return and exchange them for a ½ size larger. Not worth the hassle and cost... will just sell them, and buy something similar from another company.

The ring is beautiful but even though we had his finger measurements done before ordering the ring the ring is too loose. He is a size 10 and it should fit snugly but it does not.

TERRIBLE customer service. Product is nice, but you better hope you don't need any assistance once you give them your money. These rings are a very important part of me being able to have the beautiful wedding I imagined with my loved one and they don't care in the slightest about getting me the correct size rings in a timely manner. I'm furious.

Would be 5 if half sizes where available. I let my boyfriend pick out his wedding band as he didn't like anything I had shown him. I found this sight from Facebook and he instantly loved the rings. I got him a size 12 then had to up it to a size 13. Customer service was quick and easy to deal with. Sent a link to my friend as her boyfriend also loved the ring

Beautiful sleek rings! My fiance and I picked out our engagement rings together from the site. While we don't have the same ring, we both got antler in our rings and a matching engraving inside that ties them together beautifully! He and I couldn't be happier! We got them really quickly too!

Beautiful rings. They sent the wrong one at first but it was fixed without any issues and the resizing program is great.
